Dogtopia of Dublin,CA and its employees are not only the most professional and knowledgable
about our dog, Lily, but they poesses many kind and beautiful qualities not seen in any Daycare I have used. We are pleased with how Lily has progressed in her social qualities with other dogs and the stafff.

Great staff, great facility!

I’d love it if the webcams worked/ were up and running more frequently. I understand turning them off during nap time, however I’d say they are only up about 70% of the time during the week, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen them working on a Saturday

I wish the dogs could be taken on some walks to minimize doing business in the room, or perhaps a dedicated section could be set up with turf. The smell is not pleasant and I have seen the dogs walking through urine, etc. I have to give baths very frequently.

I overheard an employee ask the owner of a puppy going in for daycare if their cough was normal. After boarding Dahlia for a weekend, she came home with a cough/hack. I know it's a risk, but if there is another dog already coughing and we know coughing is contagious, why were they allowed to come back before it was treated?

I boarded my dog Lulu at your facility for the first time last weekend. When I brought her to you, she had just been groomed and was nice and clean. When I picked her up two days later, she was filthy, she smelled really bad and she seemed to be very hungry but lethargic. I am concerned that she wasn't properly taken care of. I had to re-bathe her as soon as I got home and it took a couple of washes to get all of the grim and dirt off of her. This is unacceptable.

Everyone is so friendly, they great me and my dogs by name making it feel very personal. My dogs always come home very tired after a day there and that makes me happy, means they were playing most of the day.

A great team of people caring for our furry family members, lots of fun extracurricular activities for enrichment, and love the access to a webcam to peek in!

I like the staff, the facility, and the attention to detail. Our dog seemed just fine after her stay. I think she was like Velcro to her “coach”. I hope that didn’t drive the coach nuts!

Friendly and qualified staff with faciiities that are well maintained and super clean plus my Dexter loves being there and that means everything

I enjoyed seeing my dog happy every time we visited the site. That is for sure!
But my dog got sick once (recently) and thank God she is young and healthy and recovered. The dog I have at home who is old and sickly got sick too because it was a very contagious respiratory infection. That said I know these things can happen.
When my dog visited the site on a Saturday for the first time I was not aware of the different times of service. I usually went there on a weekday.
The Manager was kind enough to call me and tell me so I ran there and picked her up. I even offered to pay extra if they thought it was necessary but I was told no this is not needed. This initially did not look like anything consequential but I know that from then on I was perceived as a problem. Many times I noticed the staff with a smirk rather than a pleasant good morning. This was sad and frankly not necessary.
My advise to anyone considering your services would be go ahead and take them but make sure that you are not on a retired budget because you will be reminded every other visit (at least) that you are expected to buy an expensive plan.
Otherwise I believe my dog came back happy and that is what matters.

Dogtopia of North Worcester is the best place for any pup!! Not only is the facility immaculate anytime of day but the staff is also amazing! They are so knowledgeable and answer any questions I have! Not only that but they really work with both you and your pup to make sure you both have a great experience! My pup gets anxious and overwhelmed easily and this is the only dog daycare that has work for him! I highly recommend Dogtopia of North Worcester to all my friends with pups of their own!

The staff are very friendly. The playrooms seem very calm and staff are definitely keeping an eye on all the dogs so they all get along. My dog seems to enjoy herself, and comes home worn out from her play date!

Everyone there really cares. I didn’t feel rushed in asking all my (many) questions. And they handled Ted so well. He was so nervous, but the second visit he did so much better! I felt very comfortable leaving Ted for several hours and that’s the biggest compliment I can give because I am extremely picky and never let anyone else watch my dog.
