The staff are very knowledgeable about dogs and are willing to help my dog that really hasn’t been around dogs as much and not rushing anything
We had a meet and greet and then Niko stayed to play for several hours. Each of the team we met were very supportive and knowledgeable. Niko seemed to have done well. I like the little report card and the explanations of everything in the new dog packet. We are looking forward to being regular attendees.

I think the staff are very good with the dogs and they keep the animals area clean and i like that the dogs have it where they could go inside and outside if they want to
I love how excited the team is to spend time with my Thuggy. He is a small puppy who loves interacting with all dogs and humans. Being at Dogtopia allows him an opportunity to get that out of his system - while keeping my sanity!
I also love how convenient it is to book his grooming while at Doggy Daycare!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My dog, Roxie, knows when we pull into to parking lot and drags me to the front door. To me, that's a sign that she is going to a happy place. I'm at ease when I have to be out of town knowing that my girl is safe and happy. I also love the webcam.

My dog has a great time and comes home exhausted. The staff is friendly and when I check in during the day via webcams, they are engaged and feel my dog is well care for throughout. Great place and highly recommend
IAfter I dropped off my dog for boarding, an hour before close, iI was told that kennel cough was in the facility and that I would need to have someone pick up my dog if he started coughing. I had an emergency contact who could take him to the vet in an emergency but not care for him when I was out of town. If I had known this policy ahead of time, I would have booked with the other Dogtopia location that has never required me to be on standby when boarding him.
The other location has been great it's just so far (over an hour drive) and I was hoping Cityview could be our new boarding spot. But I don't like having to stress on vacation that they'll kick my dog out over kennel cough (that he didn't have before checking in) and force me + my family to come home early. I'm not confident Cityview can handle boarding dogs and honestly I think I'd rather drive 2 hours to have that peace of mind.
To make it right, be clear on policy and assure me you can handle it. I'm boarding my dog for a reason, namely I'm out of town. I can't just come back unless it means my dog will die.
The other location has our vet info and they handle any issues that come up with the dogs in the even they can't reach us. I don't even think I have an emergency contact that's not my husband (who travels with me) listed with them. For over 8 years, I've never had an issue with their facility. I wish Cityview was the same.
We recently moved to the PV side of town and our yellow lab first started at Dogtopia about 2 weeks ago. From my first phone call to get information, to our “meet and greet”, and our first day care and overnight stay, the experience has been incredible! Everyone there has treated us like family from the beginning. All the employees we have encountered are so kind and genuine. They call all the dogs and owners by their names and seem to know all the dog’s personalities. When I dropped off our yellow boy for his second visit he was whimpering with anticipation when we drove up…he couldn’t wait to jump out of the car and get inside! They prepare a monthly calendar of activities and events and special healthy treats for the doggos. We already love Dogtopia and look forward to our next visit. Thank you!!

It's always a great day at Dogtopia Bloomfield. Tuscany loves the playtime and the staff is so warm and inviting. This location is well maintained and clean.
Literally the only people I would ever trust with my dogs. Everyone truly cares for the welfare of my babies. Odin loves Fiona! He doesn’t like any other folks grooming him but her. I know he’s perfectly taken care of and he always comes out looking fabulous! Love Dogtopia ❤️
I like that each employee takes the time too engage in the pets activities and take very good care of them while our pets are in there care.
They listen and actually pay attention to concerns about your pup.

The staff is awesome! My dog loves going there. It’s a clean safe place that I feel comfortable leaving my dog with the staff. He gets to play with his furry friends and still gets quiet time. He also gets bathed there periodically and his nails clipped. Dogtopia is an all around awesome place!!
Lilly came home looking like she had such a fun day—she was completely worn out! She made new friends, and I especially appreciated the updates from Jake on her meet and greet day. He sent pictures, called, and kept me in the loop about how she was adjusting, which gave me so much peace of mind. I loved hearing that she was making new doggy friends and behaving well for the staff.
She did have some issues with the crate, but the team was quick to communicate with me and offered her other accommodations, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Lilly had a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful for the thoughtful communication and care you all provided. We’ll definitely be back!
I am so grateful we discovered Dogtopia. We have a 10 year old standard poodle and recently moved here. We have always been very careful about boarding Sassy or leaving her anywhere. She immediately loved being there. The staff are so friendly and dog friendly. I know she is safe, cared for and interacting with other dogs. I Highly recommend them for everyone.
Staff is lovely however I was charged for the full week only to be told my dog can not return. This is incredibly disappointing since I was told my staff I shouldn't have been allowed thos week (so I shouldn't have been charged the $200).

Webcam needs to be more consistent
Our dog gets so excited to come to daycare. Clean facility. Very friendly staff. I feel extremely at ease when I board our pup!! She comes home smelling fresh not like she has been playing with other dogs all day long!!
