There are always an inconsistency in the payment for the spa and grooming services every time, which is frustrating. Also the communication between team members and what they tell their customers really doesn’t follow through.
Every aspect of our (myself and my pup) Dogtopia experiences have been wonderful. The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional! The playroom attendants are very attentive and well trained in the "fine art" of redirection. My pup is always happy when we arrive... a sure sign that the Overland Park location is doing things right! Thank you :)
Too much pressure to enter into long term contract without a chance to see the facility or see my dog on a camera during the day. Manager was antagonistic instead of being willing to work with us. There are too many other day care options available to put up with that.

The team taking care of the pups are amazing, caring and friendly. FrankE the friendly Frenchie loves going to daycare and playing with his, especially his best friend Gus!

Whenever I drop of Bella (my ChiChi), she is always greeted by name, and I can immediately tell she feels comfortable and not at all anxious about leaving me (which makes e a little jealous - I thought she only had eyes for me!). When I pick her up, she's happily exhausted from playing with the staff and the other pups her size. The welcome is always just as warm even if weeks go by between visits. I'm especially grateful that they accept drop-ins, because it gives me peace of mind knowing that when I need to focus, Bella is in a safe, loving, and fun environment.
Unquestionably, Dogtopia- Madison is the worst doggie day care facility we have used in Alabama, Georgia, and Washington D.C. in the last four years.
1. Our dog was subject to standing and sitting in unsanitary conditions (urine) which led to her contracting a painful urinary tract infection.
2. Dogtopia drafted $259 from our credit card after being informed and instructed not to do so verbally and via email and text.
3. We filed a complaint of the fraudulent, unauthorized charge to our bank and the local Better Business Bureau because Dogtopia refused to refund our $259. Our bank refunded the fraudulent, unauthorized charge and Dogtopia never responded to the Better Business Bureau’s inquiry.
We strongly discourage anyone from taking their dog to Dogtopia – Madison for their doggie daycare needs, no matter how convenient it may be to drop off your pet without a reservation!
The staff is super nice and they seem to work hard and enjoy their jobs. If I could improve anything it would be to have the place cleaner inside and out. The outside of the building has a lot of poop and pee and the inside had a strong urine odor but looked clean.
The staff is very friendly and very caring and the clients/dogs seem to enjoy their visits.
Our dog Athena has been home with us for a couple months, now we are all working so taking Athena to doggy daycare is needed. Everyone still remembers her, greeted us so warmly and has been an absolute pleasure to know they care about my fur baby as much as I do. Communication is great, I can see her on video when I want to. 10 out of 10!

Staff is very friendly and caring. The drop off and pick up for day care is very easy and fast. The web cams are a great bonus and lots of fun to watch. I love the fact that you have art days and special treat days!

It didn't seem to be well staffed or well trained. Drop off was a little chaotic in that no one was at front desk, though some one was at a back table who never looked or acknowledged me. Pick up was a tad better but not what I would expect at the price we pay.
