We love Dogtopia’s in deer park. We never have to worry about our dog when he is there. We know he gets love. The Staff is very friendly and works with you regarding any needs your fur friend needs.
Special care for my dog
Really like that there is no appointment needed to drop off our dogs. We enjoy that we can check in to monitor how they are doing.

Grooming by Kelly is the best experience ever for my dogs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall care, especially since one of my dogs is a senior, blind dog and the other is young and anxious. Thank you, Kelly!

When I get out of the car and put his leach on, He is ready to pull me in. I love that my dog is so happy to go. When he gets home, he is so tired from the fun activities he has participated in.

Services are tailored to my dog, as much as they can be!:). My dog is new to daycare and shy, and Dogtopia does a good job of gauging her comfort level(or lack there of haha). I also love that while at daycare, she can get her nails trimmed, a bath, etc. Will be using the boarding services in the future! Thank you!
It was a great interaction with multiple dogs for my Auggie, the place was clean and the tour was very informative. Also the cameras were a great touch.
I like the climate controlled environment. The staff is attentive. They offer a limited spa treatment.
Can’t say enough positive things about Dogtopia. I recommend them to all my friends. Such caring staff - and my dog gets so excited when I say “do you want to go to daycare “. He loves it. And bonus - it tires him out for the rest of the evening. He had separation anxiety when he was a puppy and this was the best thing for him. The socialization and coping skills that he learned during his stay changed how he handled himself - such a better well behaved member of the family. It was a game changer for us .. highly highly recommend
I hate that the cameras are totally unreliable. The gym sometimes works and the outdoor cameras never work. Also, I thought that the dogs went out for one hour twice a day but when I called the other day, they said they wouldn’t be outside in the afternoon. It was a perfectly sunny day - not too hot or too cold 🤷🏻♀️
Love everyone at the front desk though - I appreciate their kindness and love for the animals.
Great service
We love that your employees appear to love our dog(s) as we do. We love the curbside pickup and delivery in the parking lot. We love that Frankie has a safe place that he loves when we need to leave him overnight. We love the ability to watch ALL of the dogs in the playroom, but wish the video quality and functioning was a bit better. We love that the time with other dogs, as well as Dogtopia employees, has been wonderful for Frankie's overall development - it has helped make him a better dog citizen! We love to listen to Frankie crying for his Dogtopia companions as we get within a half mile of the daycare - this lets us know that he really wants to be there.
The people are kind and generous and my dog really loves them
We just started day care at Dogtopia and we are so pleased. We have a BIG puppy so this has been helpful for his socialization and energy level.
Torrance code makes it tough.
I would prefer the dogs to be able to go outside during the day. I know Torrance doesn't allow it.
My dog's paws are black when she comes home from the flooring. Not sure whether it needs to be cleaned more often or just needs to be replaced.
Other than that, we have been pleased with the service.
