I come back to Nebraska a few times a year to see family, and I’m so happy I discovered the Shadow Lake location. The owners and staff are wonderful, the space is clean, and my fur baby always has a great time. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Love this place. Our dogs are so excited when they know I am driving them to Dogtopia. I appreciate the staff and all they do for all the Family pets.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. But the app doesn’t always work correctly. So I just have to call for appointments.
My pup attends a Dogtopia in Jacksonviille, FL so I was pleased to see there was one in Ft. Myers. Dogtopia Ft. Myers was awesome during my time in the city. I traveled from Jacksonville for a 5 day training for work. They were able to accommodate an early meet and greet for my pup and I. All staff members that I encountered were friendly. I have a miniature schnauzer who barks a lot, the staff did not complain and treated my pup so lovingly to make him feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dogtopia Ft. Myers!
Our dogs aren’t drinking enough water while there. Both times they have come back home extremely thirsty & have drank until their water bowls are empty, then drink more after refilling. I’m not sure what the solution is for this problem but it’s very concerning.
Dogtopia Dublin staff are very professional and they make the stay pleasant for Toastie, no wonder he loves going to Dogtopia.
The new app was supposed to be an improvement but the cameras were down on my app for the whole week my dog was boarded. I deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times and nothing worked to fix it.

Dogtopia was awesome! Staff is super friendly and helpful! My dogs are a little shy and they worked their magic! They looked so happy after boarding!

The employees are fabulous. They all seem to enjoy Daniya. I just wish she smelled better after her daycare stays. It’s probably the disinfectant you’re using however, I find it very strong and unpleasant.
