The communication from the staff. They usually give me a report on the day when I pick up Andre. If something happens, they handle the situation and let me know. I really don’t have to worry about Andre while she is there. She is in good hands.

My dog always seems happy when I pick him up, and i see him on video and he is treated well. The staff is friendly and attentive. Some pricing deals like discounts for multiple day care visits would be helpful & may increase revenue overall.

The coaches are amazing....they love all the puppies! The front desk are so kind and they remember the pet parents. I have no worries when Chonk and Memphis stays with them. I even receive updates and special emails!!

Caring and professional staff!
Fix the ventilation system to get rid of the incredibly strong ammonia smell on humid and/or wet days. Also the A/C does not always keep the facility cool. I have walked into the lobby and it was 78 degrees. Lastly the facility needs to run 2 rooms for large fogs when the numbers are over 20 large fogs in the room
The staff are so calm and helpful, and it makes us feel our dog is being treated well.
Staff is great! Facility is great (though an outdoor area would be nice). Not only do I like you, our dog likes you. That can't be said for one of your competitors.

They are very friendly. The staff especially Brandon answered all my questions before as while attending the meet and greet. I felt so at ease while my puppy was there. I will definitely be recommending them to others who are looking for a daycare or overnight services for their beloved pups.

I have been taking, my dog Romeo to Dog Topia, for 4 years, now! Everyone is so Welcoming and friendly! And Savanna is the best! Romeo loves her! Its very clean also, and I love the extended times, that are available now.
