Daycare is my pup happiness,nothing could stop him from being separated from his friends there.Also the staff is very caring and accommodating to all his needs,this is his second home away from home.Thank you all .
We feel very comfortable having our two dogs stay with the team at Dogtopia South Waterfront. Every single time there’s any need for meal adjustments, schedule changes, and any other doggie activities that come up, we’ve experienced great communication. Easy to see our dogs extremely happy to come in. Highly recommend.

Dogtopia is a welcoming and positive environment. We toured the facility in Fairfield and found it to be clean and friendly and our puppy was well cared for and happy.

I was told my multiple people my dogs would be eligible for overnight care once they had 3 days worth of stays, even without a plan only to be told this was incorrect on the last day. I can't see myself recommending this to anyone.

Everyone at Dogtopia Owings Mills location has been really nice and very helpful. My fur baby Onyx loves it. He was hesitant for his first time but they were so calm, patient and loving when getting him back to okay with the other pups! I love that they have webcams and seeing how all the trainers/daycare providers are with all the dogs is amazing and makes you feel safe and comfortable with leaving your pup in the hands of others! Onyx will definitely be back!

I have used two other Dogtopia locations and they are consistently well managed and maintained, highly recommend them including for boarding - my dogs are NOT stressed after a few days boarding.

I wish Sunday pick-up was available. I felt like I was forced to pay for an extra night of boarding I didn’t need, which is not an insignificant amount of money. It came across as more of a money grab than a customer-friendly policy.
Staff is very friendly and helpful but seems like they’re mostly just trying to cope w high volumes. Need one more employee during peak pick up times. Sometimes pups could have used a wipe down. Or should have proactively reached out to state that the pup would need a bath. Seems that higher volumes would need more than the standard daily hygiene to avoid communicable diseases. It just seems owners are comfortable because of the great location and have slacked w providing quality.
