The staff was lovely and friendly and did a wonderful job with Molly my border collie. I will definitely come there more often and totally recommend this business.

There’s always a friendly reception at the door. They really seem to know who our dog is. They often give a little report on how he acted during the day. He is never afraid or hesitant to go there in fact he looks forward to it. Once in a while we need a quick bath For him and that is easily attainable. I really like that it gives our dog a chance to interact with other dogs and be a bit active. They take good care of him there.
The facility is so clean and owned by a family that truly loves dogs. Wonderful ownership and staff!

One of the main reasons I chose Dogtopia was because I was told I would be able to remotely connect to the cameras and check in on my dog. However, when I tried, the system said my account was not valid. I called several times to have this resolved, but although I was told my email was correct and that a ticket would be created, the issue was never fixed during my dog’s 10-day stay.
Since this was my dog’s first time at Dogtopia, I was expecting the staff to be more attentive and transparent about how he was doing. Unfortunately, I often received inconsistent answers when I asked if he was eating—sometimes I was told he had been eating since the first day, other times that he refused food for three days. Without access to the cameras or clear updates, I cannot tell if my dog truly had a good experience there.

The staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional.
They are all animal lovers who treat our babies like family. I like how I can see my dog play during the day by access through the app.
Making appointments is easy and the hours of operation are very convenient.
The building is clean and spacious, and I love all the special activities scheduled for the dogs.
Very clean and very kind staff
It seems that the cedar hills location has been short staffed for months. This leads to dogs being locked up much longer than initially lead to believe when I signed up. I don’t kennel my dog at home so it’s frustrating to pay to have him kenneled half the day during daycare. The cameras are off for long periods of the day.
Having guest WiFi would be nice. I just hope the staff is starter treated well as it appears there’s high turnover and it’s affecting the quality of care you’re providing.
I love that I am able to watch my dog Leo on the camera. Also the staff is so great and friendly and helpful!! Love this place and so does Leo!!
The people there know my Dog, and my dog greets them like he is expecting pets. My dog is excited to be there, and they do fun stuff with him while he brings home little craft projects like he is a human child in daycare. it so cute. Plus the staff notify me of different aspects of his health as necessary. I appreciate the socialization with other dogs and humans. Its a lovley place to vist with the staff too.
I’m incredibly grateful for the warm welcome both myself and my pup Riggsy have received from the Dogtopia family, here in Stanford!! Alex and his staff are amazing!! Their welcoming gestures have made our transition to this new community so much smoother!! My pup is so happy at Dogtopia she can’t wait to get there each day .this has been such a positive step for us both .the socialization and exercise and overall happiness has helped Riggsy settle into her new routine, she absolutely loves everyone and for me it’s all about trusting the people I’m leaving my girl with I know she is loved and well cared for!! My dog often smells like urine when I pick her up. Sometimes the smell is so bad that I have to roll down the windows in the car on the drive home. She always seems happy to go to daycare and I’m
glad that she gets exercise and social interaction. But, I really wish this could be improved - maybe consider just hosing the dogs down at the end of the day. I also wish there was some outdoor space. There isn’t much they can do about that. But, if there ever is an opportunity to move to a location with outdoor space, it would be great.
The staff is very professional and truly love the dogs. They are so knowledgeable and friendly and my dog has a great time!
My girl Daisy loves Dogtopia. She is high energy and after she has a play day, she is ready to relax and sleep.

Geart staff that cares
Everyone was nice. From first point of contact (over phone) through check out, they were very informative and patient women. My dog smells good even on her 2nd day she smells delicious! You could tell she needed that bath she looked so fluffy & clean as soon as we saw her!
The staff is friendly and takes great care of my little guy. The facility is clean. I don't worry when my pet is at Dogtopia.
