Staff is very friendly. and courteous. They are very friendly to my dog and greet her when she comes in. They answer all my concerns. They notify me if there is any problem or if they notice anything about my dog. When I pick her up your staff recognizes me and remembers what dog I am there to pick up. I also like the fact that you open at 7AM. I have recommended Dogtopia to my neighbor. I know they have brought their dog a few times.

I like the format of daycare that the dogs get to run around for most of the day with the scheduled "down-time" in the afternoon. I like the webcams. I love how clean the facility is.

I don’t give positive feedback unless I really think highly of a business or service —and I adore Golden Valley Dogtopia. They have the kindest, most attentive dog-loving staff you’ll find anywhere. And our dog loves this place so much that he starts “talking” as we enter the driveway!

I am disappointed that my puppy caught kennel cough during this stay. The full diagnosis, after the test results returned, was the following: positive for the flu, bordatella and mycoplasma.
During his stay two months before, he caught mycoplasma and Giardia.
Too many dogs are held in each room per monitor and the monitors are not able to keep up with the messes.
In addition, transparency in charges is lacking.
My friends and family are watching as I need to take my puppy into urgent care each time after DogTopia. The charges have been more than $1000 for each visits to urgent care.
My only suggestion is for there to be more room monitors and more frequent mop water changes to get a better handle on potential cleanliness issues.

They are always excited to see my dog and my dog is always excited to attend. I love that there is a camera to allow me to check on my dog during the day.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Our baby loves it there. If we run into new dog owners walking around the neighborhood we always mention Dogtopia.
Melody is yruly6thriving since starting Dogtopia. She was a wall rider and now interacts with thw other dogs. Ahe still prefers humans any day but I can check the cams and see her in the thick of it.
The facilities are clean and everyone is so accommodating.

Dogtopia truly cares for our dogs.
Our dog loves staying there. The staff know her name and take good care of her. Good facilities, plenty of space, good indoor/outdoor space for the dogs to roam. I appreciate the camera so we can check in on her during longer trips. They do a great job with the spa services -- she always comes back soft and clean.
