My dog is always happy and comfortable there, it feels like his second home

Wonderful staff
I love that the hours allow for early morning drop off and evening pick-up, I also love the webcams. It's so nice to be able to check on my pup. The monthly photoshoots are WAY TOO CUTE, my whole family gets excited to see them each time. I feel comfortable boarding Sunny here because I know he will get to play with friends all day long and come home ready to snuggle.

Dumplings has a great time and comes home tired.
I like the scheduled breaks and crating dogs that need alone time/disruptive.
Love the staff who greet my dog with so much enthusiasm and caring. She races down the hall to play with her tail wagging away!

Everyone there is always friendly and so happy to greet my dog, and the app and website make it so easy to book appointments, and the location is convenient to my office and home. And the webcams are great!
We like the web cams, but wish they would be adjusted to see more of the dogs and reduce the blind spots.
Also really like the curb side service.

Staff goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service. There is no hold ups and process is super easy.
The management and staff at this location are great and they pay a lot of attention to the pups! They're always willing to take a last-minute drop off for daycare and their groomer at this location is excellent and always follows my instructions. Their management staff went out of their way to help me with my senior dog, Milo, when my apartment flooded, and he needed special attention while at daycare and boarding. They really helped put my mind at ease during a very stressful situation. Thank you to all of them!

Sherry Hartjoy runs a “tight ship” with regards to cleanliness and professionalism. I am always confident she has the dog’s best interest at heart.
Although they have space to run around and socialize, I’m disappointed that there is no outside space for them to get sun and air. Besides the socializing, I’m not sure there’s a difference between them staying in a large home.
I finally have access to the app but it took weeks.
I am very happy with the bath they gave her. She smelled amazing.
