All the staff are very nice and caring and i know my fur baby is in good hands when I drop him off!
Sometimes no one is in the front and we are out in the front waiting to be assisted. Also this morning we were told that our puppies could not be fed breakfast. I am not sure if they had to wait until lunch to eat. Lastly, if there were more interaction with the puppies, that would be great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Everyone is extremely personable and loves the pets. Emily, Amanda and team are creative with the way the engage and interact with the dogs. Rocket is so excited to get there every morning!!
Staffing and stability seems to be a constant issue and is continuing. I know that it is a focus of Dogtopia leadership, but the revolving door seems to continue. It is confusing as to why this is such a problem in the last year, when we had a fairly stable staff in prior years. As you know so well, this is hard on all involved, including our pups.
The staffing issue has also led to staff shortages. Last week, staff was so short that they had to rotate crating all the dog between playrooms to staff a room for dogs to play. So very stressful on staff, and not what pet parents are paying for. It is also stressful for our pups who are not huge crate fans.
Again, I know it is a focus to improve staffing. Not sure if wages and benefits are an issue, but it should be looked at as a priority to stabilize your care locations.

I love how personable everyone is! I love that my puppy likes coming to play with his friends. I like that everyone knows Max's name when he comes in. I love that I can text any questions that I might have.
Everything but the staff is amazing
We love Dogtopia and recommend them to others all the time! Always a positive experience. The only reason we sometimes use another boarding place is because they are closer to home and also don’t ask for a tip. In fact, Dogtopia is the only boarding place we’ve gone to in over 20 years of owning dogs that asks for a gratuity. We usually add a tip for grooming though, because that’s a service you would normally leave a gratuity for.
Services are just what we need. Staff are top notch! I only omit the 10 as it's a little pricey.
Dogtopia staff are friendly, engaging and gentle! They provide wonderful services including grooming, snacks and fun photos of our pups! Highly recommend!
Leo seems to like it there. He enjoys spending time with the staff and playing with the other dogs.
Personalized care and attention to detail. My puppy loves being there and I really appreciate having the web cam. I really appreciate the love and care my puppy receives from everyone. This is a nicer daycare facilty than most human daycares!

Love that my girl always knows were she is when we arrive on her day. It's good to have the different special days for them all. And the pics, crafts that they make for us to take home. It's special for us. And it gives her play time with her furry friends. Also gives her exercise and somewhere to be while we're at work some days.
Our dogs love Dogtopia, but it is very expensive, especially for two dogs.

Every single person we have met has be an absolute delight. Henny seems happy and I am so happy that he has been able to get integrated in so quickly with the staff and other dogs. I was so shocked by all the fun things they do with the dogs all day. It not just them in a room all day, thank goodness! I am so so so happy with my choice to bring him here.
I feel that the staff cares about our puppy. I've always found the staff warm and welcoming. The facility always is clean and inviting. I've also enjoyed the various special activities they come up with. I've recommended Dogtopia to friends and fellow dog owners at the park. We're so glad we found Dogtopia.
Their staff does an incredible job with our 4 year old Maltese Milo. He has been going there weekly on enrolment since he was a puppy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our little guy the way I do with this team. The amount of care, love, attention and general tenderness he receives from everyone is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this location to your furry loved one.
Two things I may suggest:One, maybe you could clean up the air a little bit more. I understand there's lots of dogs and doggy cleanups and dissenfecting but maybe you can get an air purifier or something or plug ins to offset the strong chemical smell mixed with doggie odors.
Two, maybe your staff can give more attention to the littlest dogs that seem to be stuck behind the gate with no where else to go. Looks like the other dogs all have plenty of room to run in all the rooms they are in but the littles only have that one spot and hardly get any attention. Other than that, you guys are great. That is all.
We have been using Dogtopia since the Fall of 2021 and have been very happy !! They take such good care of our doodle when he comes to play and stay!!
We have had no problems and Harley comes home healthy and exhausted from playing !!
