Friendly service, transparency and ability to check in on my dog from the cameras, and all the staff know and greet my dog by name.
Everyone was so nice and they were taking the time to interact with the dogs which is fantastic.

People are great, activities and events they host are great. Love that my dog can get groomed there, we do the nail clipping. My dog always comes home happy and tired.

Everything! The staff is very friendly -- to people and to dogs! My sheepadoodle can't wait to get there and hug all of the staff. The treat and meal ideas that they have are so creative and clever. The attention that they give to all of our fur babies is top notch. It is a wonderful experience all the way around.
Love the service Dudley receives at Dogtopia. It is his second home and we know he is loved and adored there .

The staff is proffessional and caring to us and loving to our dog, Otis. This is a second home for Otis and comfort for us knowing he s safe in our absence.

Convenient hours, friendly staff, being able to watch the webcams, Miss Oliver loves to go in and play with friends, like the calendar for the month with all the special celebrations and treats!!
Dogtopia @North Austin truly cares, everyone is extremely professional and compassionate. They know all the dogs needs and that means everything to me. I feel so comfortable knowing I can leave my baby in their hands. Being able to peek in on the cameras outside of nap times is a whole other level of comfort. Thank you staff for EVERYTHING you do!!!
Friendly and accommodating staff. They really care about the dogs!
1. Animals are allowed to go to the bathroom anywhere they want in the play area. There is no designated turf or outside area for them to go in...which trains them they can just go wherever they want indoors. And it's just disgusting.
2. Unless you pay extra, they are in a smelly room for the entire day with bare metal crates, no windows, no toys, and no interaction from staff.
3. The location I was at reeked of animal urine, to the point where I couldn't stop sneezing, and my dog smelled after I got him back.
4. The grooming room also smelled, no one was in there, and the dogs are left in a small crate until they are dried. The one dog in there looked miserable.

The way they care for my fur baby. The staff is great and welcoming. And more importantly, my dog loves it there.
The ease if setting up appointments. The staff is friendly. My dog enjoys his time there

I Love the friendly atmosphere and the care they give my pups…..
The care our sweet Oliver gets is fabulous and the peace of mind that our "little Houdini" does not "break out" and roam the streets (it's happened multiple times when we're hours away) while we're out of town means a great deal to us.
Dog stayed for 3.5 days and was not able to see him on webcam the whole time even though logged on multiple times. Also smelled really bad at pickup. He seems happy though at pickup.
I am able to see Xavi on the cámaras. It gives me a sense of peace seeing him walking around and playing! He loves his time spent here.
