I appreciate the staff's friendliness and the activities offered for dogs. During my meet-and-greet, I felt welcomed and confident that my dog would be safe in their care. I like that I can continue to see my dog throughout the day on the WebCam. It’s always nice getting a daily and weekly update about my dog.
Everything! Check in, check out, the webcam. How well treated our dog was while we were gone.
I love everything about Dogtopia. They are amazing coaches. They greet Abby every morning by name as well as all the fur babies. The coaches are very knowledgeable with handling all situations. ❤️

Kind, caring and a lot of fun for my dog!
My dog is resistant to going inside every time we visit. She has an awful smell, unless I order a bath. She doesn't seem to be interacting with any of the dogs. The human handlers seem to not engage with the dogs either. I don't like that dogs are inside the whole time. Overall, I don't think this setup is fostering the environment of social interaction and mental stimulation that I wanted for my pup.
It was amazing! They took great care of my pups. We will be back!
My girl loves going to daycare. She has a blast and comes home one tired pup. She's been going once a week for more than two and a half years. The Spa is such a nice service as well, we have our nails trimmed regularly and a bath every few months as well. The staff take very good care of the pups, you can tell these people really love dogs.
You MUST check this place out! Your pup will love the staff and have the best time here! Always so many fun activities.
Staff is amazing!!! They are kind and will answer any questions I have about my new puppy. The location is great too! Very clean and professional.

We LOVE Dogtopia of Gainesville! The manager, Trish, is outstanding. She's great with all dogs and is very caring. All the coaches are also outstanding! Too many to name, but I promise you they are also kind and caring to not only our dog, but all the dogs that I see coming and going. We feel very safe having our dog stay there for playtime, and occasionally for sleepovers. Dogtopia of Gainesville also does neat crafts and picture events and there's always a nice treat/snack to choose from, if you want. Thanks gang! You're all wonderful!!

Everyone here is AMAZING!! MY dog loves it here so much - I fully trust every single staff member there & can tell how much they care about all of the dogs there. The webcam on the app is such a great feature. My dog has stayed here for boarding and daycare & has the best time. The staff is so helpful with all admin tasks/ questions & is always quick to respond with any "annoying dog mom" questions I have when he is there for boarding. I never have any anxiety about leaving him there because I know he will get all the care and attention he needs with the DTC team! Cannot say enough good things about this location!

All of the staff are friendly and welcoming to my pet. I love that there are cameras in the room for me to check in throughout the day. I love that the schedule is flexible, as we have a very sporadic need for daycare and can't commit to a set schedule.
Staff is friendly. The facility is well kept. Most of all, my dog LOVES to go there and play!
Horrible despicable poorly run business, manger and owner are rarely around. They appear to prey on senior citizens. Overpopulated playrooms pee and poop not left for dogs to walk over, vomit left so dogs could lick and sniff, yelling at our babies, it appeared to me via web cam, dirty water and mop used over and over. I am not advising anyone not to take your pets there just pay close attention to any strange behavior and also, they like to overcharge you and nickel and dime you. It's all about the mighty dollar. I feel sorry for the staff in the playrooms who do not appear to be properly trained and the staff in the SPA room also do not appear to be properly trained, via the web I've seen dogs left in crates for long periods of times, water bowls empty and dogs panting. I questioned all the concerns above and was give fairy tale answers. PLEASE do not question them too much because you will be scolded or worse. My most significant concern it that in case of a fire or other emergency how will these babies be saved especially when left alone throughout the night. I questioned all of the above and more so much, so the Owner said I was no longer welcomed and said he had the right to refuse service to anyone and did not have to explain himself. It seems that Our precious Lord took the day off and left him in charge. Pease out everyone.
The staff at Dogtopia are top notch. They treat every dog like their own.
Friendly, caring employees who love dogs. I like that my dog isn’t in a cage all the time. He has so much fun playing with the other dogs and he is so excited to come to Dogtopia!
Dogtopia always takes great care of our dog, he runs right in when we bring him there and comes home exhausted from all the fun!
My two pups loved the play time and came home absolutely exhausted!
Very friendly staff, nice clean facilities and you can check in on your fur baby through out the day via the web camera.

You were the only ones who would help with my dogs behavior issues when he was a puppy. You offered classes and I learned a lot. I also love that the spa is on site. You are the only ones who can cut our dogs nails. He won’t let us touch his feet!! The boarding is amazing and the staff are so helpful and kind. I have come to depend on you to make sure my dog gets the care he needs.
