Help improve bad smell when get dog back but i think it's just a thing with doggy daycares so it's cool

Xander was is need of the social interaction and Dogtopia provides that in a safe and monitored environment. The staff was also attentive and professional to him.

It was easy to book an overnight stay on the same day and our pup had the a pawsome Exit Bath with de-shedding shampoo. The Rover who gave her the bath did a fantastic job!
(Minus one star because we didn't get a report about how she did overnight or how she got along with the other dogs during playtime.)
I love everything about Dogtopia. Our girl lets us know when she is ready to go, she acts like she does not want to be late seeing the staff and the attendees.
Twice in person, I brought it to the attention of your staff that you overcharged me $190. Instead of fixing it, you charged me for the day again instead of crediting the over payment. My time is limited and now I have to call again to remedy it. I’m certainly willing to pay what I owe. I’m not ok with having to track payments daily due to your issues in billing. My dogs enjoy your daycare, but this is ridiculous.
Prices. The prices are pretty high compared to other daycares.
The cleaning solution. My pup always needs a bath after daycare.
Keeping the cameras on during nap time. It feels.. odd when they’re turned off during nap time.
I find that most of the individuals that work there love dogs. I being older appreciate all the help and kindness that I’ve received from staff bringing in my dog when late for appointments or smiling when my day is awful. Also brushing out my dog who doesn’t let us brush him.I’ve also seen the staff help others who are having difficulties. Our dog is our child and we enjoy seeing him being able to partake in various activities. However, our dog is more of an observer than a participant.
The staff are incredible. They care about your dog and help in anyway possible.
Ease of booking, friendly, caring staff
I brought my dog in for grooming. He is shedding heavily this time of the year. When I picked him up he had a lot of hair still coming out. It was so bad the following day I had to take him outside and brush him a lot. I have never had to do this in all the years I have had him groomed. I'm not sure the groomer was very experienced.

Melvin’s personality has truly transformed into a happy playful dog again after two daycare outings at Dogtopia. I’m so thankful for the love they give him and they happiness he experiences when he visits.
Amazing staff that genuinely care for the fur kids. Clean, well run, and charitable. Most importantly, my dog is excited to go and happy when picked up!
It seems that special accommodations are made for other dogs, but since our dog was a new arrival she seemed to be dismissed right away. We were told that she was probably overwhelmed. Our dog is crate trained. It seemed there was an issue with dogs going in and out of the crates while in an active room. There seemed to be other dogs just like her. Training was mentioned, but not offered there. We are more than willing to have her trained. The behaviors that were shared with us are not something that we have seen. It also was embarrassing picking her up due to the employee sharing in front of other customers that she was sorry that it didn’t work out. She was very interactive with the other clients and their dogs, but not ours. Our dog is part of our family and she didn’t seem to receive the care and time that others were given.
that you help monitor rooms from front desk. that my puppy gets a nap. the great care you provide and safe entry to the room when a new dog arrives
