Everyone is nice. The schedule is very flexible. My dogs love going. And I love that we can look at the cameras and watch them play with other dogs.
It's a great place for our dog to socialize and work off her energy in a safe environment. The people that work there are all very enthusiastic about the dogs and know their personalities.

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia Gilbert! They have incredibly friendly staff who are knowledgeable and passionate about dogs. Whenever we arrive, my dog Hopper pulls in on his leash and tries to get inside the door as soon as he realizes where he is. He is always relaxed and happy when I pick him up. They provide services for every need, including day care, boarding, bathing, spa treatment, and communal play, all according to dog size and temperament. They have “meet and greet” for new dogs down to a science, for I’ve never seen or heard of any signs of aggression between any dogs for which they provide care. Yes, they have webcams through which one can see their pooch during the time they are sheltered there. Their physical environment is spacious, clean, and colorful. I have full faith in the positive way the treat my Hopper, knowing that he is in great hands whenever I drop him off. I recommend them to all!
Dogs are always excited to come, and I have never had a bad experience. During the long stays you get a courtesy call to update you on how your pups are doing. Every time my pups have stated they have always had a great time.
The check in process isn’t a warm one. It feels cold and non-personal with little to no interaction with my dog. Just a hand off like someone handing over a bag of groceries. Also, when watching the webcams the workers do not have much if any positive interaction with the dogs.
Friendly & caring
All of the staff at Dogtopia are so friendly! Our golden retriever Molly has been coming to daycare since opening, and she loves it. Pulls on the leash every morning in hopes of going to daycare. I highly recommend Dogtopia for both daycare and overnight boarding!

Very friendly staff and answered all questions, they were on top of it. They made meet and greet session go very smooth.
This is not only my dog’s happy place, truth be told, I am happy here, too! It is run by professionals who are friendly to humans and to the doggos! My guy sees Crystal for grooming and he is always handsome. I always have a great time meeting the doggos and their people!
I trust them to be good to my Harry! He has boarded her a couple of times and he was in excellent shape when I came to fetch him!

I wish the web cams worked consistently. I wish there were more things for the dogs to jump/walk/play on. And finally, I don’t think it’s fair to be charged for a full day when you’re only there 5 hours.
