Very friendly and pet-oriented staff. Clean facilities and reasonably priced
They do a great job at keeping a watchful eye on my anxious puppy. I do wish there was some more organized play as some pups get stressed when they don't know what's expected of them, but everyone here keeps the play safe and under control. I do want to give a massive shout-out to Jesse. He stepped into the room to relieve another employee and INSTANTLY saw that my pup was off to the side and a little uncomfortable. He went straight to her to give her some extra attention and reassurance. His attentiveness and genuine care gave her and me some much needed comfort when adjusting to a new care situation, and it's clear that he truly loves and cares for these dogs.

No one answers phones. How am I supposed to find out if I can bring my dog I call twice and leave a voicemail? Then they proceed to not let me know that my dogs vaccines aren’t up to date until he’s been there for about an hour.

I love the friendly folks at Dogtopia, and my dog loves them too. I appreciate being able to peek in via webcam during the day. The facility is clean, well appointed, and I feel like the dogs are watched so that nothing ever gets out of hand (but there are some 'time outs!' when needed). Pick up and drop off are a breeze; I couldn't be happier!
The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about all of the dogs.

We love how flexible your services are. Our plane was delayed and we had to pick our pup up 2 hours late.

Staff very focused on customer satisfaction; flexible hours, webcam.
Gus P get so excited to go, not just to see his fuzzy friends but also to see the staff. They are so affectionate and loving there, and they know all of the pups names. I pop on the webcams occasionally and always see the staff interacting and petting the pups while cleaning up. It is a great place and I am so glad we found it!

I would like to see more access to the management by way of available contact information or seeing them in person during pickup or dropoff.
I find myself having questions for them and no way of asking.

Close to my home. Blackie is happy when we enter the parking lot(she likes it). They are there when I need to book unexpectedly.
STAFF IS ALWAYS SUPER WITH MY LITTLE ONE,SHE LOVES GOING TO RUN WITH HER FRIENDS
The staff is awesome but the dogs seem to just mill around with no toys or anything to truly stimulate them. There are other places that do offer that and I think Dogtopia should as well.
My dog is well cared for during his visit.
All staff members are friendly and helpful, and provide feedback regarding my dog's behavior. My dog gets special butt scratches by everyone in the office every time I pick her up!
I have been happy with the service at Dogtopia. Zephyr started there about 5 years ago as a pup for weekly, bi weekly daycare, I have never had a reason to complain. She attends usually one or two days a week and has boarded there for up to a week several times each year. I highly recommend Dogtopia to my friends when they are searching for a safe place for their dogs.
The groomer keeps cutting off my dogs ponytail they was constantly charging my account and not telling me before charging me even when my dogs wasn’t even going regularly
My favorite doggie daycare and boarder! Love the staff and the way they love the dogs! I always feel secure and happy to drop my dog off here and know that they'll be cared for and safe until I get them.
Great doggie interaction and fun and play!! Highly recommend! I do wish there was maybe an outside area for some sun bathing and fresh air, but that's not always possible. I'm completely happy with the services here!
All employees are very friendly and really love dogs! Cesar, the grommer is very friendly and experienced. He is also very sweet with my little Maddie. I highly recommend the place.
