Only basing this on one visit; staff is amazing, place is new and clean (Milton Ontario).
Only thing, which the site doesn’t allow for, would be an outdoor area for the dogs to get fresh air.

The staff, the cleanliness, the way my dog is excited to go to doggie daycare, how my dog loves all the staff. When my dog is that happy then I am happy. He is not only having fun but getting excellent care. The staff are great to greet each dog by name and to give them attention the minute they walk in the door.
Dogs get exceersize, dogs have human contact, Scheduleing is easy, staff is A+, professional, friendly. Cose to home.

I love the Avenues location has outdoor activities. The staff is awesome. My dog boarded while I was traveling and felt comfortable leaving him there. I was able to monitor him through their cameras and he seemed to be enjoying himself the whole time. Highly recommend it!

I would like to see more staff in play rooms to dog ratio. I would also like to see elevated place beds for the dogs espceially the seniors. I did mnetion this to the staff but the resp;ojnse was they get destroyed. Yes, some do but just look to

My dog is still a puppy but got a “strike” for being too hyper/wanting to play with other dogs, yet my dog is the one constantly coming home with bite marks on her cheek. Hopefully those “pet parents” get spoke to as well.
Very easy to make appointments and the staff is very welcoming and really take care of my pet. He enjoys going to “school”
