Everyone who we encountered there was very friendly and upbeat. My dog seemed to have a good experience there. I would return with Theo when I am in the area.
Staff care about the dogs
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. We have used the grooming services for dog baths during the winter. Our dog comes back smelling good and fur so soft.
We also boarded our dog for our vacation last year. He had a great time playing with the other dogs while we were away. This is a better option for him than being locked in a crate most of the day at the vets office.
We’ve also started sending him on Wednesday where he has a short training session.
We are so glad Dogtopia is available for us to use. The staff is really nice and very caring for our dog.
The ladies at the front are so friendly right from introduction to meet and greet. Loved the tour of the place and parent orientation.
Have an outdoor area for the dogs to go to the washroom. My dog didn’t go to the washroom the whole time she was there because she is trained to go outdoors.
That is why I didn’t book her in to stay overnight.
The staff are always friendly - they take an interest in the pups and the pup parents.
I would like to see a Webcam installed that overlooks the small dogs. The Webcam currently shows the medium size dogs and the small dogs in the background. I'd like to be able too my dog.

The loving service and care that is giving to my baby. The is great for my work schedule, the activities that is done on a regular. The pic that are sent to me why I’m at puts a big smile on my face and on my heart that my baby is loved.
Russ is a great manager. And his staff are very caring. My dog pushes me out of the car when we get there. She absolutely loves it. They have socialized her better than I ever could have done at home

Friendly owner and staff. My dog came back home smelling great and super happy. We recently moved from Michigan where we used a Dogtopia already. To make the transition easier for my anxious dog we decided to bring her to this Dogtopia and we couldn’t have made a better choice. With only two visits I can see that my anxious dog is already well adjusted to the daycare. Thank you for this great start!!
My dog Toci loves Dogtopia and is very excited when she arrives in the morning. It is not just the other dogs she enjoys, but the Dogtopia staff members. It is very obvious she likes each and every person at Dogtopia as she runs up to each of them to give a bit of puppy-affection. I feel very secure in knowing she is safe, cared for, and happy at Dogtopia.
The staff are absolutely fantastic! I feel very good about leaving my pup in their hands. The facility and location are great as well. I love they have the webcam option available to check in during the day. Highly recommend!
Great staff, curbside and always a happy tired dog
I love how friendly, kind and attentive all of the team memebers are at the Ft. Lauderdale location. My dog Toby is so happy! I like that we can see Toby on the camera during his stay. It makes me feel better.
My dog always has a great time at Dogtopia!! He seems happy to go and never had any issues. Highly recommend.

What I love about your services is how you guys provide mental wellness for the dogs. It’s just so great for the dogs. They get to play make friends and another thing I love about you guys. It is that you guys have daily activities. I think that is so awesome. I’m so glad that there’s a Dogtopia. I have research other dog care and Needless to say Dogtopia came out on top for the simple fact that I am able to view my baby during his playtime at doggy day care.
I appreciate that listened to my concerns and were able to address my issues. They were able to meet me in the middle and were able to come to a reasonable resolution to my problems. Thank you again.

The always upbeat, happy attitude on the part of the employees
The coaches are kind to our senior dogs, knowing when they need a break from the crowd. They communicate with us whenever an issue or concern arises. One of our dogs has health issues, and they are so good about administering his medication.
Reduce prices little bit
We’ve only been once but Calibseemes to love it and we will be back.
They are friendly. They treat the dogs with love.
