The overall experience at Sandy Springs seems very personalized. I have witnessed not only personally with my canine but with other pet parents that each canine is greeted with personal information about the dogs behavior and the team proactively gives feedback about the dogs day. Also, the team comes up with really fun, innovative ways to engage each canine as well as make it fun for the pet parents. You can tell by each dogs demeanor that they really love the canine coaches at The Sandy Springs location.
I love the friendly and attentive staff! Within a few weeks of coming to daycare the staff knew my dog and my name, showing their attention to detail and care for the dogs. I always appreciate how attentive they are with the dogs, making sure to move any dogs around that would benefit from a different environment. I love Dogtopia!
Friendly staff, good communications, the app and website are user friendly.
The staff greets my dog and me immediately when we arrive. That means a little! My dog is happy there so I know he is being treated well.

As my week changes, the staff are very flexible on changes to my appointments. My pup absolutely loves her days at Dogtopia!
The ratio of time socializing vs. rest time in kennel is great. On days Beau goes to daycare, he comes home and crashes because he's been playing the majority of the day. It is not like this at all dog daycares.
And the staff at the Homewood branch is always genuinely happy to see him (or either they're great actors).
I really like that the services offered at dogtopia are really good pricing and you are told up front what you're paying for. The boarding is very well done I feel because the dogs get to play, rest and board overnight in the same room which I can see that makes a difference. Also, the boarding cost includes playtime where other locations playtime is extra with boarding.
We love Dogtopia! They are so sweet with our Huxley. They are attentive to his needs and make us feel like we are part of the family. Huxley has been with Dogtopia for over 5 years now. We would not think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend this living dog community!!

Everyday the staff is always extremely friendly and brings their best efforts. The dogs definitely look like a handful at times… but it is great peace of mind for owners and stimulation for dogs, extremely grateful!
The staff is very friendly.I've used other dog daycare facilities, & this staff is, by far, the friendliest. All of them seem to really love their jobs. Our dog, Frankie, is skittish with most people but greets all the staff with enthusiasm, & they reciprocate with the same enthusiasm. Frankie gets so excited when he knows he's going to Dogtopia.
