The staff's professionalism and great attitude.

A team of people who clearly have a love for dogs and treat them like their own. Our dog LOVES her days at Dogtopia and shames us on days when she finds herself at home…with us! She needs the days with us to recover from her days at Dogtopia so she can get back into it the next day!
You are flexible on the days I can bring my dog in. I like the supervision. I like your mission!
I like how caring everyone is...from greeting me and the dog by name...the same courtesy on pickup. Always clean. Friendly..sharing and exchanging ideas of care. Many activities of learning. Different treats throughout the month..healthy and fun...Promote services through Dogtopia for veterans as well as the community, school supplies. Very well rounded with employees of diversity.
My dog loves to go and is always so excited. They treat him with so much love and care and I feel so comfortable with him there! The hours are perfect for my schedule and is exactly what we need.
Dogtopia has been such a great place for Kalani. The staff are professional, kind, and genuinely fun to be around. She looks forward to seeing her friends every day, and somehow even puts up with baths and nail trims (things that are a definite no at home!). I also love the little activities they plan during the day and the way they give back through the Dogtopia Foundation. It feels good knowing she’s cared for by people who love what they do.
I love taking my puppy to Dogtopia. I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is amazing, so kind and friendly. Going to Dogtopia is my dogs favorite part of the week!
we LOVE our dogtopia homewood family!! i love that i know my pups are safe and loved while in your care. we are always greeted with the sweetest welcome and i feel like my dogs are truly loved by the staff. my pups LOVE coming to daycare and i can tell they love the staff like they’re family! choosing dogtopia was one of the best things that has happened for us!
Everyone is always nice when I drop off my dog, Beau M. He is always excited when he visits. I like being able to watch him on the cameras. I like when they have crafts and pictures to take home. I also like that they also offer spa services for Beau. He's always tired when he comes home from a weekend away, or just a day visit, and cuddles with me on the couch.
Not only do they care about your furbabies. They care about you. Very flexible.

The staff at Dogtopia is so knowledgeable and helpful! My puppy gets so excited about going! He plays hard and comes home tired. I am comfortable that he’s in a safe and loving place!
Such kind staff, always welcoming to my dog Ginger and accommodating to my schedule. Ginger is beyond excited every time we come in for daycare and never wants to leave. She’s completely tired when we get home too. I also really appreciate being able to check in on her with the webcams and the photos posted to the instagram account! Of the Dogtopia’s I’ve been to, this one seems to be the cleanest as well. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend if I knew anyone in the area!
The valet pick up and the extended hours!!
Friendly staff who genuinely are happy to see our pups every morning. And I love that they serve lunch and parents get to choose what snack they get before nap time. Our dogs love it there and are tired when they get home.
The employees are clear and helpful. My pup loves going and is well taken care of. There are a variety of enrichment activities built into the week - great for my pup's socialization. And the 12-2pm break is perfect for my dog. He rarely comes home overstimulated (unlike other daycares I've taken him to).

They have many services to choose from but I love the cameras so I can see my baby anytime during the day. The people who work there are the nicest I've seen at any doggie daycare!
staff is excellent. webcams are wonderful. communication between staff & customers very good. care for pets is very good!
speed up the piclup and drop off. i understand the one dog in the lobby process, but often it tales a long time to pickup my pet. most time drop offs are fast. pickups usually are not

I absolutely love Dogtopia, as does Stevie! He loves that he gets treats and plays with friends and I love that he gets to run and play during the day when we aren't home. The staff is awesome as well! We love it!

the friendliness of the staff and the structure of the initial meet and greet AND we got a report card. everyone was caring and passionate about the dogs and certainly is a step above any other facilities.
Would not trust anyone with my dog, then I was recommended to Dogtopia on Waugh drive. My dog loves it! Susan, Brianne and the entire staff are the absolute best. They are caring, super involved and just great people. Charlie doesn’t want to leave when I come for her. If you are looking for a place this is it!
How everyone seems to take an interest in Max's well being.
Love coming in, the staff are always so helpful and really show how much they love and care for our girl when we drop her off. They truly care about the well being of the dogs there and make sure to keep them all happy. Feels more like a family, absolutely wonderful and will and do recommend to all my friends with dogs.
