Friendly, kind, and trustworthy staff.
I started doing research on doggie daycare’s before I got a dog. I knew if I chose wisely I would have a happy, healthy, well adjusted pet. Dogtopia was the best choice. My dog is 9 months old and has been going since she was 4 months old. I was right, she loves it there. The staff is knowledgeable and really interested in all the “campers”. She runs to them when we get there. She loves interacting with all the dogs but does have her besties. They get to play inside and outside. They get water days. All in a safe, clean environment. I get her nails trimmed there. On her longer days there she eats from the cafe. This is a wonderful place for your dog be when they can’t be with you.

Dogtopia Davis has been wonderful in making me and my pup feel comfortable and safe! Definitely would recommend anyone who has a pup!
Staff are friendly, facilities are well thought out for mixing dog size-personality and like the option for daily treats. Our dog is getting a lot of safe social interaction with other dogs.
Dogtopia of Tyson’s is amazing! My pup is always so well taken care of whenever she’s there. The team is super attentive and professional, and I always feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. Tisha (the manager) and Sam are the best — always so helpful and kind. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
All the staff are super friendly and remember both me and my dog. I like seeing my dog play on the cameras and there is always someone working in the room. I’m so glad I have a place to take my dog to play with other dogs.
Friendly, clean, great process
Well my food and treats for my dog were still in the basket when I picked him up and when I questioned I was told maybe he wasn’t hungry! The food and treats were in the same bag and had not been opened! This along with him being taught to go to the bathroom inside ( in sanitary) , and no outside area!

Raider was served the treats you left but when in a new environment sometimes dogs, especially puppies, may not choose to eat them even when they always do at home. We never want to waste your food or treats so we will always return it to you how you brought it if it is uneaten.
Dogtopia has done extensive studies for over twenty years and there is no proof that indoor playrooms lead to potty issues. Dogs make decisions based on scent. Even though the playroom floors at Dogtopia are cleaned thoroughly throughout the day, dogs (who smell 10,000 to 100,000 times better than people and can detect odors in parts per trillion) will still smell a lingering scent of urine and feces. A dog that goes inside at daycare is doing so because he smells that it is an area that other dogs have gone before. This is also why fully house-trained dogs will potty in other dog heavy environments like a pet store or a veterinarian office. When a dog is in an environment that doesn't have potty smells, like the pet parent's house then he won't go inside.
Dogs, especially puppies like Raider, can backslide in potty training for many reasons. During daycare a dog can exercise more, drink more, drink less, or is too tired to self-initiate a potty break when he gets home. There are several tips we can share with you to help get Raider back on track. Just like a child being potty trained may have an occasional accident, it isn't uncommon for a 5 month old puppy to do the same. Let us know if we can offer any assistance!
We get feedback about how are dogs are enjoying Dogtopia and know that someone is watching them well. They are monitored and good socialization with other dogs is encouraged!
The staff!
The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and my dog Sweeney always comes home having had a super fun day with all the staff and doggies. Sad to see Alex moved on but happy for him!
Staff are well trained and work to help dogs learn good behavior to make positive friendships and play. All staff are very friendly and make each dog feel welcome. Staff interact with dogs. They go the extra mile for dogs to feel comfortable with nail trim when other groomers have failed. Our dog looks forward to her dogtopia days!!
I wish there was a little more one on one with the coaches but I do appreciate the cleanliness & safety precautions taken.
I also wish there wasn’t a blind spot in the cameras but the ability to call & have her brought in front of the cameras is nice option.

My pup is always excited going in to Dogtopia for daycare. She has so many friends that she plays with there. They have fun doggie events and their webcams are a big plus as well.
