Friendly and accommodating staff who always make us know how welcome Tillie is, beautiful and safe facility. Really easy to schedule and cancel appointments.
We absolutely love the incredible STAFF! It is a nerve wracking leaving your fur baby behind (be it to go to the office during the day or overnights). This is one worry that we don’t have thanks to Dogtopia Yorktown. All team members genuinely know and love your pup (and personality) here, which is evident. Tucker James loves coming to Dogtopia . He LOVES all the trainers/team members and playing with his friends. The best part is, he comes home happy and exhausted! Thank you for all you do!

I like being able to watch my dog interact on the webcam, enjoy that the people that work there seem to really like the dogs.
Dropping off in the AM tends to get backed up at times, I know short staffing is an issue.
The people are friendly. Bijou always returns at ease . I like the convenience.
Everything!! Love all the activities you offer the dogs. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. My two westies LOVE going to Dogtopia and playing with all their friends!

My dogs are very happy and love coming to your facility. The staff are all wonderful and caring. They always update me if there are any issues and they take great care of my dogs on overnight stays. Couldn’t ask for a better place or crew to be taking my dogs to.
Your floors are pretty gross. Dog comes back wreaking of stench. Dog has had a few issues that have cost vet visits over what I’m also guessing is from the nasty floors, like rashes and dog pink eye. Dog has to be bathed a couple of times to get the stank off. Replaced floors would really bump this score up heavily.
The staff is wonderful - very professional and caring.
The only downside we experience is the smell and cleanliness of the lobby. There is an overwhelming scent of urine and it’ makes me concerned for the staff to be honest. Plus my dog stinks and needs a bath every time he comes home. It does make me wonder about the cleanliness of the areas we don’t see but I do trust the staff.
