Everyone is very nice and attentive.
The staff is patient and calm with my dog's behavior issues. The facility is good for play. I like the ability to watch on the cam.

The people. Been my dog so reactive is amazing how happy is in Digtopua with other dogs.
I wish there was an outdoor area where the dogs could do their business rather than indoors. Sully pooped in the house twice after he started going to DogTopia, and I think it's because he learned that indoors is okay. That's not okay at home!

Very kind and understanding with both the humans and dogs. It provides a safe interaction for the pups and needed socialization.
Louie loves coming, hours are convenient (although longer on Sunday would be great). Staff is fantastic

The people and the ability to leave my dog in capable hands, the spa and the opportunity to kennel overnight. Brooklyn is happy going into the facility each time.

Our dogs recently had their meet and greet. The staff was very friendly and our dogs were well cared for.

The only caution i have for pet parents is have indoor potty only makes house training a bigger challenge for young dogs.

Comet always seems to enjoy his time at Dogtopia. From the people behind the desk to the staff on the floor, they always skillfully take care of his needs and try to make his stay comfortable and enjoyable. Being an anxious and reactive dog, it is important to us that his handlers understand him.
Consistent care, clean, and our dog likes going to Dogtopia.
I wish the space was bigger because there seemed to be quite a few dogs in each of the rooms. Also, they sprayed my dog down with a perfume before asking me to do so. And it actually made her smell worse. Other than that, the staff is very nice, I feel like they do care about the animals in their care, and my dog comes home very happy and she looks forward to going.
I love that everyone knows my dog and me. We always feel welcome and we have only ever had one issue happen which was out of their control but it made me feel better that they called me right away to let me know and then gave me more details when I got there to pick up my dog. I love the fun stuff they do with my dog and how much they offer. I only wish I could see how many days I have left on my pass for my dogs so I can make sure to buy on time or figure out my schedule for the week a bit better.

The staff is always friendly I can tell my dog wants to go. The drop off and delivery of my pet.
It's more about what my dog likes. He loves to play and always get excited about going to Dogtopia
The staff is great. They are nice, helpful, and responsive. I would give them a 10.
It is convenient and reasonably priced. My dog loves it, she plays with the other dogs, and comes back ready to chill and rest, which is nice at the end of a long day, another 10.
The floors however are pretty old and need replacing. The downside is she comes back smelling like nasty. Have had a few issues I needed to take her to the vet for, and the vet also thinks it is likely the old floors causing issue like rashes and dog pink eye. This is the only factor that brings my score down. If this were resolved I would give a 10.
