Convenience and care given to my Maggie

Dogtopia Deer Park is my dogs favorite place on earth! They are so sweet to her (and me!) and I feel so happy that she’s happy there. They have fun activities and treats and make every week fun. The facility is so clean and just a warm place! Highly recommend!

the staff is very attentive to the dogs and I appreciate that they do not use their cell phones while in the rooms with the dogs.
Very thorough meet and greet and I really appreciated the 3 day free trial. Very polite and friendly staff. The really work hard in those rooms keeping up with the dogs!

The people working here are very good with pets. I take my dog for her bath, nail cutting and Theeth cleaning and so far I am happy with them.

Staff is fantastic - they are great at describing what the offerings are, I liked the ability to give treats especially as this was a trial day. What I didn't like is lack out an outdoor space. I know you use a special spray to get the pups comfortable with going to the bathroom, but I don't want to encourage my pet to go inside when he gets home, especially after a long boarding session.

Would have liked a more thorough tour, but know it is loud back where the dogs are . . .

Our dog loves going and the team takes such good care of him. He comes home happy and fulfilled every day.

I like the way the staff communicates with me about my dog's day every time I pick him up, and that they make an effort to be friendly and positive.

The webcam is really helpful for checking in to see how he plays when we're not there! It has helped relieve worry about leaving him.

I love the flexibility! We have a varied schedule and appreciate that they work with our schedule for drop-off and pick-up.

We really appreciated the efforts made the first day to help our dog adjust by gradually introducing him to the other dogs.

First, my dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. She’s always incredibly excited and giving full body wags when she goes in the door. And she clearly gets some great exercise as she’s always extra sleepy and snuggly when she comes home after.

But more than that, the people at Dogtopia are wonderful. They are consistently friendly and kind, but also went above and beyond to help us when a family emergency popped up while our dog was in their care. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Our dog was at Dogtopia for 7 days. We loved the idea that we could tune into your webcam and watch her. It appeared that she was having a good time with the other dogs. Staff appeared very attentive and kept the floors clean. Upon picking her up, it was very glad to hear how much the staff loved our dog and gave us great compliments on her behavior and demeanor.

Received a call days after my dogs groom requesting for me to pay an additional $15 + tax due to a mistake made by the person who checked me out apparently. While I'm fine with paying for something I purchased and/or had done, it seems like very poor busines to reach out to the customer days later requesting for additional payment and making it seem like the groomer would not be compensated appropriately if I don't pay the additional charge.

While I paid the amount as Im a decent human being, this seems like something your company should've handled internally and left me out of it days later.

If an employee at hy-vee accidentally doesnt ring in my milk at checkout, I highly doubt they are going to reach out to me and/or ask for me to pay it next time due to your employees mistake.

Just a very strange and uncomfortable occurrence and should be handled differently down the road in my opinion.

Staff is great and super helpful. My dog is pretty reactive and selective, but he really seems to enjoy being there. I also feel very confident that he will be happy and safe when he is boarded

The staff and services at Dogtopia of Pewaukee are always great. They are friendly and I know when I drop off Charlie he is in good hands.

Hours attention to pets.

The staff is always very pleasant and know what they are doing and always do a fantastic job on my dog Beckett. He was a little depressed after me being gone for 17 days and him in a kennel. When I picked him up he smelled little a kennel. I quickly called DogTopia to schedule a bath and they were able to get me in that afternoon. When I picked him back up he was a completely different dog and was happy and had a little kick in his step. He looked very handsome and smelled wonderful. Thank You!!!

First, each receptionist/care giver is so very nice and professional; My dog, Buddy, can't wait to see them each time we come.

I like the daycare schedule and how you care for the dogs and make them feel at home. Everyone we have communicated with has been very helpful.
