Dogtopia Upland has been nothing but a positive experience for both me and my dogs. They have excellent customer service and truly care about my dogs and their well being. I trust that my dogs are safe and well taken care of every time they visit.
Small area for the dogs with not much for them to do during the day. The cameras don’t work all the time. Not always welcomed by smiles and the same faces.

Friendly staff
We love everything about Dogtopia!! Eileen loves her days there and hops right up to the door! Once we get inside, she can't get through the door quick enough to get to the playroom! The staff are all so caring and loving towards her, and the treat and craft days are an extra bonus! We hadn't ever felt ok boarding our previous dogs overnight, but already have Eileen scheduled for 2 sleepovers and have zero hesitation about it!!

Ii know my dog is well taken care of while at Dogtopia of Frederick. He gets so excited and happy when he gets there and is always happy and tired when I pick him up the people that work there love dogs and it shows.

My dog Tucker has been going to dogtopia since he was 4 months old. He is 4.5 yrs now. He and I both love him going there. Over the last few yrs i have noticed numerous management changeovers. It is disturbing to notice the level of incompetence from the majority of these new managers. I am not sure if you are aware or not, how unhappy this makes the dedicated staff you have. I love them and they do not need to be overlooked if management needs replaced.
My dog loves Dogtopia! It surprises me, because I’ve always been one of those dog moms who thought, “Oh, MY dog needs to be with only me 24/7, he could not possibly thrive in an environment with all those other dogs.” Well, I was WRONG. He thrives there, sleeps well there, socializes; I couldn’t be more pleased.
