The facility is always clean. The staff members are amazing and you can tell that they care about each pup that comes in.
The bathing, nail clipping and the kind customer service. They have arts, pictures and some training. My Annie love's everyone there. She can't wait to get in the door and she falls asleep leaving. Best experience ever.
Time for drop off and pick up very good. The staff interacted with our dog very well. We love the Webcam and ability to see our dog whenever we want which is often.

The staff is amazing. The facility is clean and well organized. My dog lost her grandmother who raised her and went blind. She was severely depressed. After a month of daycare, she was her old self. The Stafford Dogtopia Southlake got me my puppy back.

Daycare alot, also boarding. Easy to set up dates. Alittle harder to cancel. Front desk girls are friendly and very helpful. Webcam alittle ify. Either not available or always rebooting. It also would be nice to enlarge photo.

It’s a great place
I have never seen a concentration of people who genuinely love dogs even close to what I have found at this Dogtopia. Our dog is quite shy, yet when she realizes we are going there, her excitement can hardly be contained.
She has very serious health conditions, that require extreme attention to her diet and her medications. This is the only place where her needs have been met to the letter. The staff is not only diligent and attentive, but also not afraid of asking questions if something is not clear.
We don't trust any other dog boarding location after we have seen the ultimate level of care that we can get here.
We always use Dogtopia for our little man when we need to board. I can watch him on the webcam to make sure he's doing well, or I can call to get an update to make sure he's eating. The staff is wonderful. When we pick up our little boy he's always happy.
