The staff is very friendly and it shows that they love my pup as much as I do! They are always interactive and I love that my puo is getting more exercise. Love Dogtopia!!!

The staff is super friendly. They know how to handle a variety of dogs. They are good to the pets. My dog who is very attached to me gets very excited when she sees she is going to Dogtopia for the day.

Nobody plays with the dogs, not much for them to do, the dogs under 20 lbs should be separated from more than 20 lb dogs, the workers don't watch for rough play. The room needs to have more simulating activities. Also, they should have an outside yard for the dogs to go to to do their business instead of indoors. That's confusing for young dogs who are potty training.
They treat my dog very well and he is always excited to go there.

Everyone is so friendly when TK and I go in. My great granddaughter and I love being able to watch him play on the doggie cam! Prices are reasonable and they are located close to my home.

There was no staff present at the desk when I came to pick up my dog. Despite ringing the bell, there was a long wait and my dog was wet for some reason.
I was in a rush and did not have time to go back and speak to the staff member since she was busy helping another customer.
You need more employees and you need to maintain the building. The light in the hallway has been flickering for months and the building has a strong dog/ urine smell, when you first opened the building smelled clean. Also the webcam was not functioning.
Staff is amazing. Wile loved daycare.
The team here treats my dog like she's their own! She is excited ever time we pull into the parking lot. We have her yearbook on display, proudly!!

Ziggy has been going to Dogtopia for daycare, grooming and boarding for 9 years (since he was 6 months old). I love the way āhis friendsā treat him.. but not as much as he does.
