I am so impressed with how good the staff is with both my dogs.
Otis really seemed to enjoy being with other dogs. I will definitely continue using doggie daycare.

Frankly, we like EVERYTHING about the Rocklin/Roseville Dogtopia: the facilities, the people and the care with which they treat the dogs. Oh yes, and their willingness to find ways to adapt to the wishes/needs of their customers.
Our dog, Annie, loves her weekly day at Dogtopis and we KNOW that the will enjoy each visit and that we can be sure that she will be treated impeccably.

it would be nice to know how much time my dog has actually spent in the kennel or crate as this affects his mood when I pick him up and his level of need for further exercise once we're home.
The staff is amazing! They love the dogs like their own. I’d never take Wilson anywhere else.

I like an employee in the playroom with the dogs at all times. I love the employees and their interaction with my Echo. After all these years, this is the best place I've ever used. 10-star facility.

My pup is always so excited to go to school & the staff are so friendly and good with him. I miss the physical report cards though (they were so fun to post on social media & promote Dogtopia)! I also wish they’d switch the days around of special activities and themes. A lot seem to occur on Wednesday’s & Friday’s and my pup can’t make it those days 😢. But it’s been a great socialization tool for our pup and I’d recommend!

The staff is always so welcoming and loving to my dog. He has high anxiety in many cases and its so refreshing to see how happy he is to be dropped off!
It’s an easy place for me to get to but after walking in and hearing the staff say turn off the camera so they can go out of the room one evening …I started having my doubts. We have a fitness tracker from the vet and I went into the data. I realized he was spending hours a day besides the lunch break. I also started questioning when during the same time he has low step counts the cameras where also down. I will use Dogtopia for emergencies or when we will be later then normal, but why should I pay almost 50$ a day to have him spend the day in the crate on a weekly basis

The play rooms don't seem very big for the amount of dogs in them.
From what I see on the webcams, cleaning up after the dogs isn't taken very seriously. Yes, someone comes with a mop immediately after a dog goes potty. But they only distribute the mess and stick the mop back in the same water bucket. My dog has gone to Dogtopia for a couple weeks and already has kennel cough.
Carl is a bit nervous and reactive around other dogs and people. However, he seems very comfortable around the staff at Dogtopia.
