My dog loves going to Dogtopia. The staff knows her and are very helpful.
The place stinks to many dogs for one person in the play rooms so they put the dogs in cage for longer then 5 min more like 25 min. They need more staff

Great staff. Weekday hours are convenient
When we first moved to Temecula, we searched for daycare and boarding for our 8 year old lab mix - she's a big girl but extremely gentle and kind. While several dog places wouldn't evne consider our dog due to her size, Dogtopia gladly accepter her. We have been utilizing their services ever since and have loved their customer service. More importantly, our dog loves Dogtopia - and so do we.

My little Edie loves it there. Everybody is so sweet to her and she comes home exhausted, and that makes me happy.
I love how the staff have been there so long (which indicages that they like their work) and that they are all so friendly and really know your dog. They pay attention and let you know specifics about how your dog did when you were away. They are very accomodating, and just the best.

My dog loves this place! Im a travel nurse and we just came back to this area after a year of travel and he was so excited to see all his doggy friends as well as his human companions! I have been to other dog daycare/kennels and this is Whiskey and my favorite by far!! Much love for this Dogtopia!!🥰🥰

Would be nice to have a system where we could text and give a heads up that we are in parking lot and ready for our dog (s) that way we dont have several people all in waiting room at one time
On special days where there are photos are treats...several times I've been charged for 2 without asking if I wanted them.
The walkway hall is often very dirty.

We like everything about Dogtopia .! Our dog goes 2 days each week and …staff is both friendly & efficient and our dogs loves to there ! I like the 2 hour window for the dog to rest Also, dogs are separated by size so Beagle in now with Large dogs . We have used the boarding feature on 2 separate occasions and there have been no issues .
I have not personally visited but got nice feedback from my husband and mother-in-law that Greta seemed very well cared for and happy after her two trial day care days. Thank you!
We are very happy to bring Joey to Dogtopia for daycare. Joey has severe food allergies as well as Crohn’s disease so it has not been easy for us to find a place that we are comfortable leaving him. Dogtopia has provided him with a safe environment to play and socialize with other dogs. The canine coaches have been wonderful! They reinforce good dog behaviors while keeping the whole experience fun and safe for all. Joey gets so excited when we tell him he’s going to “school”. My husband and I couldn’t be happier!
Workers are pleasant and dogs are separated by size
The entire staff that I have encountered appear to really care about the dogs and they enjoy their job. The reception personnel and dog technicians are always professional, friendly and accommodating.
Cameras are a plus!
