I am a first time customer and worked with Haven this Saturday. She was really amazing. We are signed up and will be trying out daycare this week. It was clear how much she loves her job and dogs.
I like everything about your services,but, your employees are the stars of your business and success. Everyone is super kind and friendly and you have a very organized system, and wonderful, caring team members . I hope that you take care of your staff as well as they do our pets. Thank you!
The friendliness of staff toward my pet and us is great. Being able to observe my pet is comforting. And by me packing her food, I know exactly the amount of food she is receiving.
Honestly I love the staff! My dog has a great time at the facility and loves to be with her fur friends there. However, my dog as well as her belongings always smell like urine every time I pick her up from day camp or overnight boarding services (even when paying extra for the required bath services for the extended stay).
Friendly staff place is always clean. Our dog looks and feels amazing after grooming services. Our dog is always exhausted after a fun play date there. Easy to schedule we love that app.

My dog LOVES Dogtopia. She is so excited when we arrive, even before we get inside. Staff is friendly and very accommodating to my requests. Easy to book even same day appointments.
Everyone seems very friendly and kind to the dogs. And they absolutely love that my dog comes home happy he seems like he has the best time there.
The staff is friendly and my dog seems to like going there. No issues there. However, almost every time my dog visits he gets pink eye, a poop “accident”or another dog bites him, etc. My last visit a few weeks ago resulted in a horrible case of kennel cough. It’s almost not worth visiting and finding a house sitter at this point. I really don’t think the staff sanitizes the premise properly.

We hope that Tucker is back to his bouncy, playful self that we have seen in the playrooms. The health and safety of the dogs in our care is our top priority, and we take sanitation very seriously. Our facility goes through two deep cleans every day, and we also complete hourly water bowl changes to help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all pups. While exposure like kennel cough can sometimes occur in group play settings much like at a child daycare, we do everything possible to minimize risks through strict cleaning protocols and health checks. We value your trust in taking care of your pup and would be happy to discuss this further with you so we can address your concerns directly.
I like their passion for dogs
Everything. All the staff are very welcoming and my dog Jaxson loves going to visit. He starts yelping as soon as we turn down the street you are on.

They Need a groomer with more experience in your facility. Also, I believe they need a mature person in front of the house. I had my groomer in the front desk announcing her experience about my dogs during the spa grooming publicly. There should be a HIPPA Law for dogs too I think if there is something that was concerning to them about my dog they should of told me privately, I would of appreciated that. I really did not appreciate her approach towards my dogs nor me. As a client I'm paying for a service. I need to know if I plan get a spa service in full that what is included in writing they are able to get it. I would not like to be going to one groomer and getting 1/2 services because they were not capable and other groomer or Vet. As a client your are looking for 1 stop. It's okay. I got nails done right after leave at another groomer, and they did it in front of me in less then 5 min, and shave it down. Another thing I did not like is not getting a break down of grooming that was done for my dogs for records. I was force to down load app then the young girl felt and did not want to face me. I think she knew I was really disappointed in her attitude. I wasn't even offered a receipt, downloading the app did not show me any services rendered as if I had never been there. I think your business is great but your people have to stop thinking there is perfect dogs. You should earn dogs trust and that will make clients come back easily over and over again. You guys are overwhelmed by clients emotions reaction instead of satisfying clients your forget to just get dogs to like your place and facility so they come in excited. Trust me I have two young kids and I would not own a dangerous dog or even take them to care or groomer if they were a problem or even a shelter animal place would not have given to me either. Animal cops evaluate to get a shelter dog. Come on guys change the way you guys approach animals and clients.

Preliminary Meet & Greet evaluation appointment was easy and if your pup passes they get to spend the day with the other dogs. Making appointments for day care and/or sleepovers is also a smooth process.
Friendly and energetic staff make everything more enjoyable for the parents as well as for the pups during drop-offs.
Facility is clean, odorless, and webcams put you at ease being able to monitor your pup.

The staff was so amazing and welcoming. They did amazing with our dog. The experience was so amazing she didn't want to leave!
I was very disappointed when I went to pick up my dog from daycare. He received a bath and I told them he hates he dryer. I was assured that there are dryers that are placed in front of the kennel to dry them. When I went to pick him up, he was wet. While I haven’t been back since, when I take him for daycare he will not have a bath. Thank you
Theo loves to go to Dogtopia. He is so excited - just runs straight in and doesn’t look back. When he leaves he has to say goodbye to everyone. Sometimes multiple times. I love Dogtopia because I know Theo is well cared for. All the girls
