Great bath service for my bulldog. He is always so happy to go to Dogtopia.
The staff is wonderful and Tiger comes home happily exhausted after a day with his friends.

It takes a long time often to drop off or pick up the dogs. Sometimes there is only one person at the desk, when there should be 2-3 people. Other dogie daycares are quick at getting the dogs in and out and have ample members of staff to help.

Everyone is always very friendly and you can tell, they genuinely care for our pets as if they were their own. We've used them multiple times for multiple things and they never dissapoint!
The most important thing for me is that my dog loves going to Dogtopia. I know that while my dog is there, she is safe and having fun. I appreciate the ease of scheduling my daycare days, and adding on overnghters. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I was very pleased with the grooming service
Daisy was not in good shape when picked up; not sure how long the hotspot had been going on prior to us being notified (which was the day before pick up).

Walter comes home happy and tired out from playing with his friends. I like when we board him for a week while on vacation we can see him on the web cams and he gets a bath before coming home. The staff is always polite and truly seems to enjoy the animals.

The staff is super nice, I just wish the cameras always worked. Plus, there is a blind spot.

Most importantly, Nala is comfortable at Dogtopia. The personnel are friendly and exhibit the kind of care for my pet that I believe they would for their own pets. The facility is very clean and the addition of cameras ensures that I can see my pet at play.
Very quick and efficient and caring towards all dogs
It’s always easy to communicate with the entire staff. If you call on the phone you always get a knowledgeable person ready to help you. Everyone there knows my dog and welcomes her. I feel ver good that she is in good hands there with people who know her. If I have any questions, I know it’s a quick phone call and I’ll get an answer from the owner, Matt immediately. I have been taking our dog there since she was a puppy. I would recommend this facility to anyone that wants to feel good leaving their dog.
