I had an overall very positive experience with my overnight stay, I was just bothered that when I picked my dog up he smelled very strongly of urine. I had noticed from the live feed that he was wearing a different collar, and when I picked him up he was back in his. After I got home I had to bath my dog because of the stench, and then after I realized the collar must also have been saturated with urine because it smelled and that’s why he was in a different collar. So I had to wash that too. I think I would have felt better if they had at least mentioned to me about his collar or his smell, but preferably he would have been bathed. Besides that a very good experience and loved being able to watch him play on the live feed.
A friendly professional staff. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. Most importantly, my fur baby had a great time.
I like the way each coach knows my pup by his name. My pup enjoys his agility training as well as the special treats that are sometimes available.
Professional, informative and helpful. They picked up my baby, Archie, to the groomer next door for me while I was working. Also love the fact I can check on him throughout the day on their live video option in the app. I'm also glad they have locations all around DFW too. I definitely feel good enough letting Dogtopia watch him for me while I'm at work =)

Dogtopia Norwalk always makes me feel like my dog is their favorite - I know my dog feels the same! We love going there and have always had such a positive experience.

Everyone was very nice and treated my dog very well. She had a bath, nails trimmed, teeth and ears cleaned. We will definitely go back.
They are a premium doggy daycare facility that accommodates my 2 active fur babies. I always love their greetings when I arrive. They also allow me to drop in at 0615am which is very convenient for me.
The staff is very caring and my dog loves going there. He was very frightened when we bought our dog and he was an outdoor dog for several months. He bonded quickly with Greg and after a few months felt comfortable and secure. All the trainers have been wonderful
The entire staff is loving and kind and we know our Fern is well treated and loved while she is there.

All the teams members are respectful and polite. Two employees took the time to explain to me how DASH works. I’ve never been more happier with a daycare, it is truly heartwarming when the Dogtopia team greets my dog and accepts her crazy.

Staff are always friendly, accommodating and great at communicating! I really liked that I was given a tour of the facility when Ruby first started at Dogtopia. Love to check in on my pup throughout the day on the cameras. The hours work well with my schedule especially since I have to be to work early and sometimes have to stay past 6pm. I also really like that the dogs are able to get lunch and a rest break from 12-2. Lastly, I’m happy that I can get my older dog’s nails trimmed with Claudia. They are special needs(blind/have arthritis) and Claudia is very patient and gentle with them!

Our dog returned home with some setbacks to her potty training. I had a concern about this as the dogs are expected to pee in the same room that they play and sleep in. I was told it wasn’t an issue but I think our dog was too young to board in this environment and peed 3x in the house when she returned home after not having done so in three months.
My dog looks forward to playing with her doggie friends and to following around her trainers all day! She comes home a tired girl!

Doggie daycare is a good thing for my dog giving him socializing and tiring him out. I like that your boarding includes doggie daycare.
Your great staff
1st time boarding our 4 year old dog. Liked that our dog was not isolated from other dogs and people while at Dogtopia. We were unable to view our dog on Dogtopia cameras while he was there but this may have been due to an error on our part. Also our dog developed kennel cough and has yet been able to get over it.
The staff is incredibly friendly and takes excellent care of the dogs, creating a wonderful atmosphere. My dog always returns home happy and eagerly anticipating the next adventure. The staff's smiles and shows gratitude towards each dog making everyone feel valued and appreciated.
