Service people great customer service care a lot about animals
The Elsmere team are awesome! Everyone is friendly, helpful and caring. We've taken Niko to several daycares but Dogtopia stands out on all levels. We never worry or feel he's slighted and know hes taken care of as we'd care for him. These folks are top notch!!

We love how personal and professional Dogtooia Short Pump is. We always get a warm welcome. They greet our dog by name. They are incredibly professional and we feel safe leaving our pup there!
This is such a great place. The staff really seem to enjoy being around dogs and it shows. My little one gets so excited to go and is exhausted when she comes home. It's nice being able to watch her online while playing with her friends.
Everyone is so kind and attentive
Our Shih Tzu LOVES Dogtopia Green Hills. He's always anxious to go there and get inside to play with new friends.
My dog Bucky loves going to Dogtopia. The staff is great and they take great care of our puppy.
They Care about all the fur babies my boy loves coming there and looks forward to playing with his friends and seeing all of the coaches Rex just love coming to daycare.
Things generally go well, but the last couple times we’ve picked our dog up we didn’t get the report card after boarding and we always look forward to understanding how things went.

Awesome staff and clean establishment.
Staff knows and seems to genuinely like my pet. My dog absolutely loves to go to his daycare, can’t wait to get there in the morning and gets upset at us when we are late to get him there.
He may not enjoy his photos but I sure do.

I truly appreciate how friendly, attentive, and caring the staff at Dogtopia are! It truly makes a difference and enhances my confidence that my pup is getting the best care when she's there for daycare.
Daycare and boarding are fun for my dog, and I know that he is safe and well cared for when I am away. The staff is terrific! I love that we can bring a blanket and a special toy from home to help bring comfort when boarding.
I bring Molly to Dogtopia for Daycare and she is always excited to join her pals canine & human at the facility. I love that you have the webcam and I could look in on her from time to time and I see that she is very happy!!! The facility is clean, I love the location and the staff is very friendly and patient.
Assess ability
I have several concerns
1) video to look in on dogs are down a lot.
2) when looking in on dog, my dog is in crate probably 50-60% of time. They say for mounting. This is normal behavior however to make dog stop should be enough not put in prison constantly.
3) in looking in on video there is a female (unknown name) who is obvious with her favorites and when dog goes to her she pushes away and appears harsh.
4) down time of 2 hours seems excessive. I believe it’s confusing to put them in crate for downtime when also putting in crate for punishment.
5) as expensive as it is they should stop asking for tips when dogs nails are cut.

They are so flexible with the schedule ! Very easy going !
Our dog had a wonderful time! It was nice to have him happy and safe while we were at a big family event.
