When we walk in, my puppy is greeted by the front desk staff by name. He is even told if his BFFF are there also. This tiny detail assures me he is going to be well cared for. I love the activities planned and the themed photo shoot days. I can check in through the web cam to see him play throughout the day and even crack up at all the different personalities of the other pups in his room. I totally recommend Dogtopia!

Good people, great teamwork and they always welcome my baby girl. Happy to have a place that gives her plenty of exercise and love, while I'm working and they always have a good repore with her.
I love that the staff is warm and welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable for the dogs, and the dogs are welcomed and well cared for. My little dog has such a great time and is so excited to be there that I have a hard time containing her until we can get in the door. I have every confidence that my girl will be well cared for, socialize with other dogs and people and come home a tired, happy little girl.
My dog left very happy and tired! He had a great first day of daycare. Thank you for taking care of him.

Webcams often don’t work. Was difficult getting back online after your recent system changes. We love the people at our Dogtopia Portchester. Always take great care of our pup.
The staff (Lily &friends) aka Bingo’s Aunt Lilly 🤣 So friendly and genuinely cares about our dog Bingo. Upon picking him up we are always told about his day and the friends he played with etc. Spa baths are also fantastic Bingo comes home smelling so fresh and so clean.

You can tell how much the employees love the dogs! Mumble knows what days are Dogtopia days and can hardly wait to get in the car to go. He's so excited while on the way and totally quiet on the way home.

It would be great if videos or pictures were available so we could see how our pets did during their stay. Also maybe a loyalty card/punch card of “daycare for 10 days then get one day free”

I love the attentiveness of the staff to the needs of my pet. They keep the facility extremely clean. The activities are fantastic. They are also very pleasant to interact with during drop offs and pickups. Very glad that I found this location.

MY super-energetic, 50 pound Covid rescue loves playing with other dogs when at Dogtopia. He gets three walks a day when we are home, but he misses playing with other dogs off leash. He loves going in and comes “flying out,” when I pick him up.
