I like that the staff knows my dog’s name when we walk in the door. I also like that my dog loves going to daycare.
I am so grateful for the care that my babies--Maddie and Moose--receive here at the Charlottesville location. Nick and McKayla and everyone always go out of their way to give great care. I really appreciate them helping me with Moo, who has severe anxiety. We love Dogtopia, thank you!
A very caring and attentive staff, it is obvious that they care very much about all the dogs that are in their care. Always willing to adjust to the schedules of the dog parents. Give feedback of how your dog is doing each day they are there. My dog is always very excited to get there.

Your billing is not correct I was over charged 32.00 it has not been refunded to my bank account I have made 2 phone calls to correct it I was supposed to have a phone call back instead I had to call the second time on this situation I will not bring my dog back until it is taken care of!

My first visit was a great experience!
This was our first experience with Dogtopia Bakersfield and we could not have been more thrilled with their services! We needed to board our yorkie (Charlie) for several days but had some concerns because he had just had leg surgery and was restricted from playing with other dogs. The staff went above and beyond to make sure he had plenty of attention and that he was comfortable and well cared for. We loved the ability to check in on him through the cameras and loved the interaction the staff had with all the dogs. The facilities are very clean and organized and we loved how they assessed Charlie’s needs and set up a plan to make his stay a very positive one. While waiting to pick up him up at the end of his stay, I spoke with some other customers who were picking up their dogs from daycare and they also raved about their experiences. We will definitely recommend Dogtopia Bakersfield to others and we will be returning for future boarding and day care. Thank you Gabriel, Quinn and Jensen for a great boarding experience.
I love how I am able to watch my babyboy during his stay. Each and Very team member there is absolutely amazing and makes me so comfortable leaving my baby there.

Our family loves Dogtopia! Luna has been going there since mid-September, and she gets so excited every time we park outside. The staff is amazing, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my precious Luna in their care.

The team at Dogtopia treats Goose(my puppy) like he was one of their own. He loves going there and is excited every time he gets to go play with his friends. If he needs any spa services he can get them done while he is there for the day. I really can’t say enough good about the place!!!
I love Dogtopia. My dog always has a good time there he comes home exhausted from endless play, and fun. I couldn’t be more happier with a doggy daycare than this one. The prices are more than reasonable, and the people who work there are kind considerate and really unbelievable I highly recommend this place

I like just about everything. Everyone there is so sweet with my dog and she loves all of them (especially Megan). I always feel comfortable leaving her there and she loves going to daycare.

The staff at Dogtopia are amazing! My anxious, barky Aussiedoodle adores them. Every time we turn into the parking lot, Maddie is just this crazy mixture of being thrilled but also scared but also excited to see her human friends. It is her version of normal, and everyone at Dogtopia gets her and showers her with love. (Full disclosure, I have never had a dog before, and this one is lovable and adorable, but also a handful. Dogtopia has been a lifesaver for me, and I am nothing but grateful for them.)
