More interactive with dogs
They took great care of my dogs, but I just feel like I cannot bring my dogs there anymore because my dogs are senior dogs. It's become more a place for younger dogs and they do not really want any dogs over 12 years old.
Friendly staff and flexible scheduling options
We have tried other dog daycares in BHM and nothing compares to Dogtopia. While we don’t use daycare as often anymore we are so appreciative of the communication and care that our girl receives while she is there. We still recommend Dogtopia to others and will continue to use this location when we have a need.
My dogs loves the staff, other puppies and just cannot want to go back. The whole experience has been great. He goes full time and is there almost every day and never gets tired of wanting to go back.

It was my dog’s first time at doggie daycare and I will be bringing him back. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.
The only thing is, boarding overnight I wish my dog was not crated.
I like that fact that you are open early during the week. I also like that my dog is happy when he gets there and is exhausted when it is time to go home.
Prices have gone up way to much. Have to have a credit number on file to purchase the packages? New employees not trained well on new system. Location is not as clean as once was.

Easy and convenient drop and pickups. Last minute beauty shop openings. Tired wore out happy dogs that take 2 days to recover. Y’all do great.
Nikki and her team really care about the dogs and know each and every one of their personalities! George LIVES for waffle Wednesday and is now tolerating photos, which is huge!

I love that Savvana is in a safe and nuturing environment when she is at "school." I know that she will come home happy and tired from her day with her friends. The "coaches" and front desk staff are top notch. I highly recommend Dogtopia!
PS: Savanna is a "founding pup." We have been with Dogtopia since it opened almost 3 years ago.
Friendly staff that genuinely love my dog and treat her like their own. So helpful that they’re open 7 days a week. Spa and boarding options for one stop services. Always celebrating with different themes and activities with the dogs.
How informative the Meet-N-Greet was and being able to meet the owner.
