My pup only attends daycare once weekly, but I don't see dogs play outdoors often. Outside of the scheduled activities, what daily activities do the canine coaches do to engage the dogs? Otherwise, my pup seems to enjoy daycare. He is exhausted by the time we get home and takes a full day to rest.

The staff at Dogtopia is friendly and caring! I feel my Copper is in a safe place. I like that I can see him most hours of the day on a webcam. I also like that Copper gets a lot of social interaction with other dogs.

We received a call that my dog had "gone after" another dog. The only reason my dog would do that is if the other dog had been jumping on or harassing my dog. The handler seemed to be insulted when I asked what led up to the issue, and took offense that I didn't believe them.

The staff is always friendly and attentive! My pup seems to enjoy his time there and it's been great to socialize him.
I brought my dog in for the deluxe spa and the groomer did not clean his ears or clip his nails. I'm not sure if the other services were performed. His cut is okay, it is not even and he was clipped to closely on his left leg which is now bald. He was there for 4 hours so I'm not sure why this spa day was so awful.
Everything! We love West Frisco staff! Charlie gets so excited every time we pull up.

The facility is clean and is constantly being cleaned if needed. Our dog is well taken care of with boarding. This includes special diet and meds. We have had no problems.
