The staff are excellent. They lovingly care for my baby girl and they are prompt, efficient, have a wide variety of activities and games for the dogs.
My fur Girl husky absolutely luvs going to Dogtopia. She luvs the staff and they luv right back. Everyone is super attentive and responsive; Grateful for that. 🙏

we were pleased with zeke's care during his recent overnight stay. the staff was attentive and noticed he was limping slightly (not a dogtopia injury, but something that happens to him now after lying down a bit) but we were pleased they were watchign that closely and seemed to care. thanks!

Loved the meet and greet meeting to see if my pup’s behavior was appropriate for this setting and which group he belonged in. The lunch and treat options are a plus in case I forget his treat bag for nap time. The webcam is great. I can tune in any time to watch the play. All I can say is that Buddy gets in the car and cries all the way to his day care. He greets the workers with enthusiasm and is exhausted when he comes home after spending a day with his friends. He’s socialized and active. It’s a win, win!

The staff is always very friendly and always greets my dog by name. I like that I get to watch him on the WebCam play with the other dogs. He always enjoys going to play with his friends. It’s a safe place to take your dog to have some fun.

DogTopia has been great! My dog hasn't ever done an "open" daycare so I was a little nervous to see how she'd do, but the entire staff has been awesome helping her get situated.
I like that they accept all types of dogs and allow them to interact with each other in daycare during boarding, rather than charging extra for every little interaction or bathroom break. It truly is a great boarding place that doesn't seem like a kennel at all. It is such a great piece of mind to have access to the camera. The staff are very helpful and kind. It is easy to request a boarding and see all the events they are hosting. Both the app and website can be finicky, so I can't give it all 10 stars.

My six month old dog got his ear, torn completely through by another dog. Trauma from the daycare and trauma from the ER vet he had to get staples in his ear. My baby is in so much pain. He hates wearing a cone. He runs into everything with it on and hurt his ear. I dropped him off one morning and all this happened within one hour of me dropping him off. That day would’ve been his third day going there. Every time I watch the cams, there’s a person always with them in the room. Where was that person when my baby was getting his ear tore up?

Dog comes back very smelly, maybe try to keep facility cleaner? But really a very small complaint!
I like the way you care for my dog while I'm away, the photos/updates I receive via text, the ability to watch on the cameras, and the different activities that are planned throughout the month - especially the photo days.
