The staff is so caring and professional. All the coaches treat all the dogs with care. It is amazing how DogTopia contributes to the veterans organization to provide service dogs. I am just super thankful my dog goes to DogTopia. I can't say anything but positive and great things about DogTopia.

The kindness your staff gives towards the dogs
The staff are ALL wonderful. They make you feel like family
1. Your pricing policies are excessively complex. It makes your customers feel like they are being taken advantage of.
2. Your video camera in the toy box at the San Antonio De Zavala location is horrible. When working it only shows part of the room but it is often not working, either not connecting or cycling the same few minutes of video over several hours. This is a big part of your service in terms of making the pet parents feel connected and like their dog is getting time out to play. It should be resolved.
BONUS: Not so much an issue but an opportunity. Because of the indoor play on the black mats where dogs do their business, my dog always come back from daycare with dirty and stinky paws. I usually just wipe them down in my car before we get home and a lot of black residue from the mats comes off. Sometimes the residue is more brown/yellow and well... I try not to think about that haha. Giving the dogs paws a quick wipe down on their way out would be a nice touch if worker time and budgeting for wipes allows.
