I know you can’t do much about it other than insuring everyone has a bortadella shot and cleaning a lot, but our dog was vaccinated and still got a mild case twice. Then she carried it to 2 other dogs that didn’t go to Dogtopia. Frustrating!
I have used daycare and boarding. The people that work there are friendly and caring . My dog loves going to Dogtopia!
The whole staff and how much they care for the dogs. I know my dog is in good hands when she’s there.
People are generally very nice. My dog seems to really enjoy going there. I like the separation of dogs by their size into entirely different rooms.
The meet and greet was a bit pricey, as other locations are free, and especially as we were there for only a half day, and he had just been to another Dogtopia a few days before- and it seemed to be a non-issue, as they just took him back. With that said, he seemed to have a grand Time and we appreciate the opportunity to get him some safe play time. The staff were pleasant- but I think they should make sure new clients know about meet and greet charge.

The staff has always taken great care of our German Shepherds for daycare as well as boarding. Dogtopia has been the favorite place of our dogs and the interaction we have with them.
Milo has the best time going to Dogtopia. The staff is very friendly and treat him so well.
I like everything about the services from Dogtopia. My Orla Bean has a wonderful time at day and when she boards. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuine dog lovers.
My only concern is that, judging by the frequent and insistent requests for my feedback, the organization has some self-esteem and anxiety issues about how well it is doing.

So easy to schedule last minute boarding. Top notch love for our fur babies, Maggie and Moose. Patty is amazing! My pups seem to know when it’s a Dogtopia day and the energy in the house is very high as we prepare to leave. They drag me in, and, at the end of the day, drag me out!
I like that there are multiple locations, the staff are all very friendly, they have great hours.

We have been sending our dog to Dogtopia for several years now and we couldn’t be happier with the services. Our girl is welcomed and cared for with love, every single day. From the awesome Coaches, to the amazing Pet Relationship Manager, to the skilled Groomer, we know our girl is well cared for, having fun with her friends and experiencing great enrichment activities. We highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone considering sending their dog there!

I love that Lyon is ready and happy to go. Always comes back tired and happy. With the web cams you can see how your dog is having a great time, the staff is super friendly and lovely with the dogs and you can see how the dogs enjoys that.

Although we have moved I still think this is worth sending. Everyone was so wonderful! I’m sure Luna missing you guys! The staff was just fantastic! From trying to get her to take a photo with rabbit ears on, to clipping her nails every 2 weeks, to all the love they showed my Luna. I never worried about her when she was there. I could look at the webcams and see what she was up to and I loved when I caught someone loving on her! I have a few screenshots of the attention she was given and it warmed my heart. She is my child and it was so great to know that the people taking care of her felt the same way! Thank you guys for everything!

My dog loves coming here, he gets to play with dogs on his level. I know he's in a safe and caring environment. I also like the fact that, you offer, boarding, grooming and vaccine services.
Everyone is always so sweet! They are great with my Luna! I love that they have so many activities for the dogs and I love seeing the Instagram photos from their day. It makes my day!
Dogtopia Katy offers enrichment activities for our dogs, like bobbing for apples or water play.
