Haircuts, nail clipping, dog shampooing, etc could be more reasonable in cost.
Our golden, Bobby really enjoyed his day there. Friends to play with. And a relaxing bath to feel good with. Very friendly staff too!
Would love to see more help with the dogs. A lot of dog to employee ratio. Employees definitely have there hands full!
I love the webcams. Seeing what my dog is doing is very helpful. The staff is very friendly. I know my dog is in good hands.
My dog was boarded there one night and there was not one conversation with any employee where they informed me the dogs are locked in a crate and there were no humans in the building at all overnight. My dog who has horrible anxiety and m had never been crated before broke a tooth and tore his paw pads up freaking out. They then tried to inform me when I picked him up that he had them when I dropped him off the previous day. He absolutely did NOT. I will not be returning and there is no making up for that. That’s information the staff should let pet parents know so they can make an informed decision before leaving their fur baby in the care of your facility.
Amazing and caring staff who always go the extra mile to make sure that Chewie is taken care of while at Dogtopia Aurora Village. We’re really grateful for all the accommodations and special attention towards Chewie and helping our family through a very difficult time. Thank you!

I just picked up my two pups from daycare and boarding for three nights. I was pleased to see that both dogs were clean. Staff had even washed out their dishes that I had prepared their homemade dog food in and sent with them for boarding.

I like that you allow same day service. I often don't know until the last minute whether I am going to need a place for my dog to stay. You have always been able to accommodate my dog. She is always happy to stay with you folks.
Lincoln loves coming to Dog Topia in the morning when we say let’s go his ears go up his tail starts wagging when he gets out of the car. He can’t move fast enough to get in the building.
My dog loves being at Dogtopia! He’s treated well and with care, and he gets the necessary exercise and activity to keep him happy and healthy. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

We really appreciate their attention they give to our dog when we arrive or depart. They already know our dogs name when we arrive and the fav treat she enjoys. Soo kind❣️
