The webcam service is great if I want to check on my Oliver! He gets very busy at Dogtopia so he comes homehappy and tired.
I like how friendly all the staff are, and helpful! I like how my dogs act when I drop them off and pick them up, they say a lot!
It’s not about what I like about Dogtopia. It’s about what my dog likes about Dogtopia. She gets excited when she gets by the front door ready to go in and play so that’s good enough reason for me to take her in there.

The friendly staff that go out of their way to make you and your dog feel welcome. It’s definitely the cleanest dog daycare I have found. I also like that I can watch on the webcam. Best of all, my dog gets so excited to go — he literally runs in the door and never looks back at me
The staff are really committed to the wellbeing and happiness of the dogs. they seem to remember the persons of each dog which is important when they match the dog with the appropriate room with other dogs.
Hours and convenience.
The staff is so great. They love the dogs! Everything is so convenient from snacks to grooming and anything else.
Have not yet attended an event but can’t wait!

I'm a Vibes person and instantly the vibes were agreeable. The staff is very nice, very welcoming for pets and pet owners. I like how the facility is set up for dogs and I love that they have a process that makes sure my pet is a good fit for day stay and overnight stay.
Flexibility! Care/safety for animals is top priority. Cleanliness, & VERY nice & cute to have cameras for pet parents & families.
I know they are always going to take good care of penny.

The days I drop my dog off, the team members greet me with a smile, and off to fun! Jax loves going to daycare! I mention one word, daycare today. tail is wagging. Thanks for all you do!🐶💕

It's super convenient and no reservations are necessary in advance. Very friendly staff, and they know both of our dogs,even when our dogs have not been there for a couple of weeks. Also, a full range of dog-grooming services are available as requested. A one-stop shop!
I believe more customer-service training would be helpful. I Requested an appointment for a full bath and cut over the phone. I then Decided to visit to check the place out before the appointment, and learned my dog was scheduled for a nail clipping only. The person at the desk, “I’ll correct it. Asked more fill- in the blank questions and I thought I was set. Received a call 3 days ahead of appointment and was told it was a reminder call. I asked: “is the appointment scheduled for Thursday? “Oh let me check” “Yes, 11:30 meet and greet and 12 noon nail clipping. I again stated I requested a full bath and cut.
Date of appointment. 11:15 - received a call as if I as late for my appointment. I said I’m 5 minutes away, it’s 11:30. “No, it’s for 11:00.”
Upon arrival learned 12 noon was lunch time, and nail clipping was still in the computer and not full bath and cut. However, fortunately, Missy was willing to accommodate due to the error in scheduling.
After all of that, I want to complement Missy, the groomer, she did an outstanding job on the cut. I’m very pleased with her service!
Wish you could add AM Time for feeds in addition yo late afternoon. - day care not boarding
Every single time we pickup our dog she reeks horrendously like urine and is covered in black marks all over her body from the totally worn down flooring (she’s a white Labrador)
It’s the worst doggy daycare I’ve ever seen.
Call system not always efficient. Only answer 50% of time. Voicemail not always checked.
Friendly staff who seem to really love dogs and get to know them. Separation of dogs by size. Play time and rest time. The only thing I wish could be different is having a real outdoor space, a natural space with real grass and maybe even a tree or 2.
The young lady who works there every morning with long hair and the c ppl pants knows Winston by name and is really sweet to him. I can’t remember he name but she deserves a raise.
The staff are top notch, dog lovers, friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and welcoming.

I love the fact that you are so flexible and the girls upfront, are all very kind and very welcoming to you and your pet. I had a wonderful experience with my dog there for the first time and I intend using the facility on a regular basis. My Golden was so happy to be there and look like she had a great time.
