The staff is excellent. They pay attention to the many small things that allow the overall experience of boarding your pet to be a bit less stressful knowing that the pet is well cared for during the stay. Without exception, the staff demonstrates kindness and professionalism. I spent 15 years showing dogs in AKC events around the country. I know what excellent dog care looks like, and Dogtopia Highland Village checks all my boxes.

The crew is very hospitable. They go out of there way to make my dog comfortable, which makes me comfortable with their care. She loves going!
When I first brought Stella, it was the owner, Daniel who checked me in. After spending her first day there, Stella came home and drank all of the water in her bowl. Contacted them, & was told water bows are left out. I was told the payment would be taken out on Sunday of $41 instead was on Saturday for $45. Second visit when I went to pick Stella up, didn’t see her on the screen. Then I was told that they try to put the enrollment fee through my debit and it didn’t go through. I had $37 in my checking. Direct deposit goes in Friday night. I told her, I didn’t know anything about an enrollment fee, and how could they take something out without my authorization with that, I paid cash. Told her I wasn’t going to be bringing Stella back. Her comment to me was, I knew you were hesitant about leaving Stella here, I was never hesitant. I told her. It’s the fact that they weren’t upfront. I don’t know where Stella was cause she was not in the screen. When I got home, again, Stella went right to her water bowl.. don’t trust you people.

Overall, the staff are friendly. The facility is clean and organized. My dog like to come to the daycare to meet his furry friends. It is easy to book the daycare for the days I need. Have not tried the grooming and boarding service yet. It is a little bit far from my home.
Everything! My dog loves coming to Dogtopia, I feel good about leaving her there for a day of play or if I can’’t take her on a trip for boarding. I trust the staff to take good care of her which is enormous. I have already highly recommended Dogtopia to friends. Thank you for being there! As an older dog parent, I understand she needs to play, explore, and have fun too and Dogtopia provides that in a safe environment.

The facility employs pet lovers that treat our babies like family. Very clean and caring facility. I trust my baby is safe and having fun with friends. The camera access is great to look in and check on their daily activities or simply missing them. Much more, but ... I love the services and people there.
Staff is great and my pup loves the socialization. Groomers do a fantastic job too.
Staff are great. Ease appreciated. I can watch my dog during the day. There’s an outside play area. I can do overnights and shampoo if needed.
Our sweet girl is loving it at Dogtopia. Everyone we met is so loving to our girl. We feel at ease knowing she is in great care and making new friends.
