Friendly and responsive! Our dogs love it there!!!
We had to wait 20 minutes as they couldn't find our dog. When I got home, they had billed me twice and had to call and wait for a refund.
You guys are great! Y'all take excellent care of Parker and handle the playroom well. Thanks for the help and we will be back soon!

Everyone is so friendly! They are great with my Gus who is blind. He loves coming here! We will continue to bring him as often as we can.
The staff is fantastic! They always make your pup feel special and always know their special quirks. Boarding or Daycare, this is the place to be in South Overland Park.
The staff is so friendly and its so convenient to drop my dog at! They do a great job and the dogs are safe. My dog is high anxiety and he can be a lot-I know he doesn't "like it" there probably because of the combined grooming side of things-- he doesn't like to go to the groomer and he knows when he's around one. They don't get outside time so thats a bummer, but for short/quick stays its a great options.

I like that boarded dogs hang out with the daycare dogs and that is included, not an extra charge. The staff are very friendly and good with the dogs as well!
I love the friendly people who my dog is so comfortable with now. And I love how they do keep an eye on my dog. They are hands above where I took my last dog!!!!
Staff at front desk- Jen, Bree and others are great. Unfortunately you are overcapacity for the gym. Plus 22 dogs one day and staff there can’t keep it. clean. Also that number is stressful for the dogs. It used to be really clean w fewer dogs. Some of the staff in the gym I’ve observed are also too slow now cleaning up. Chloe has come home w urine stains on her paws. Last you don’t require a 6 mos fecal exam. I take Chloe only to Dogtopia and she’s on a leash otherwise. She came down w giardia last month costing me $300 in meds and vet bills. Last you also dispensed w the 50 pack discount visits. Obviously your priorities have changed.

I love that you group the dogs by size. I've seen my puppy romp and play in the Toy Box/Chest which she never did at the other daycare with all size dogs. (She just followed the humans around) At 4 months I also know she benefits from crate time. I like seeing how caring the staff is when I peek on the Webcam. They were blowing bubbles for the dogs the other day!

It would have been great if you sent an update with photos when we boarded her. We had to call (from our trip) and ask.
Love how they care and treat my dog. He is spoiled there and it makes me happy that he's not home all alone. He can play with his friends, eata good meal and just relax if that's what he chooses. So grateful for the care he is given at Dogtopia Davis.
