I know our dog, Abby, will be safe and well cared for when we leave her at Dogtopia. She is a rather timid dog, but she is happy to visit every time I leave her. They all know her, call her by name, and keep a personal eye on her. It pleases us to have this special place for daycare and boarding. The attendants are wonderful.
Love the care they are giving to our new puppy and helping her acclimate. We’ve missed Dogtopia since our older dog, Hamilton aged out.

Perhaps a better approach to pricing with different locations. When asked specifically about why there were price differences in each location, it was met with "it's just a lot of different things" but no real explanation. In addition, would love to see technology work a bit more in sync from a new potential customer to a signed up membership, as the app and site have lots of bugs with viewing live feed, editing and adding profile information for personal and dog profiles, and lastly better notification system of getting up to date live content with pet.
My dogs love to go to Dogtopia! They seem to love all the staff there, and the staff seem to genuinely connect with them. Everyone there truly loves working with dogs, and it shows. Customer service has been outstanding. We have been using day care to give our dogs a safe place to be during our home renovations, but we will continue to use Dogtopia for grooming services into the future.
Merlin, Fay, and Joey had a blast the week they were boarding! I have complete faith in this team, and will leave my pups at North Austin every chance I get! ❤️
Riley gets so excited when we ask if she wants to go see her friends. She absolutely love it. The staff is the best. They are all so friendly and treat her like you would your own dog. Highly recommend!
The staff is AMAZING which means this place is amazing too! They have helped me out many times with last minute boarding and daycare. You will love Dogtopia and your furry friend will love it even more!
Friendly employees who always remember me and my sweet cockapoo, Angus. He is so eager to go there, knows the name "Dogtopia" and jumps out of the car as soon as we arrive.
If the car window were down enough, he would jump out there!!

You didn't disappoint me I pressed the wrong one. Everyone here is very courteous, professional, and concerned for your needs.
Staff was very informative and caring. Love the feedback and details I receive when picking up my Dog. Love that im always informed of his day and how hands on everyone is. Also, having acess to the Webcam is also a plus so I can monitor my dog as well and see his activity through the day.
My concerns were not heard or taken into account. If they were I would still be with Dogtopia
My dog seems happy to see staff members when I bring her and they seem to ‘know’ her …so personalized service! The facility is clean and the staff is very responsive!

You are just fantastic in every possible way - you love my fur baby, and she loves you. She always has a great time. All of your staff are warm and welcoming, and you plan fun treats and activities for the dogs to engage in.
