Everything! From the caring staff to the amazing attention and love they give to our dog Loki, to the spa services through either daycare or boarding. Loki absolutely loves spending time at Dogtopia in Roseville and we have the piece that he is well cared for.

When I drop off my dog (Moose) I feel like he is well cared for by the people working there.
Everyone has been very friendly and patient with my extremely energetic 1 year old pup. They do a wonderful job at keeping an eye on the dogs and taking care of them. I watch on the camera and see that they also give the dogs in the room lots of love while with them.
We absolutely love Dogtopia on 8th! My pup is completely deaf, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure he is properly socializing with other pups. He is so excited to go to daycare every day, and not to mention the prices are very competitive!
Tara is exceptional, courteous and treats my dog like her own. After 55 years of owning pets she stands out above most.
Dogtopia has been recommended to family members here and back east where they took my advice. Brother has been back several times.

Im concern that Rio seems unable to potty while in day care since is enclosed and there is not outside space for this purpose.

Maltese - Shih tzu came home smelling strongly of pee. I will give it a second try; could be a minor issue. Just didn’t understand how she managed to get on herself, but concerned she urinated on herself from stress. It was her first visit, other dog was fine.
How in tune you are with the dogs and their moods and needs and how you make sure they aren’t overwhelmed by other dogs
Amber is great! Our dog had a little trouble reacclimating herself to the facility after not attending for a while and Amber went way above and beyond helping and reaching out to us. I feel like other places would have just crated her and collected the money. We really appreciated it.
At times, employees barely acknowledge when we come in, some are not very friendly. Feels too corporate at times and it seems like our dog is just a number.
my dog wasnt there for breakfast, was not added to lunch, and did NOT eat all day when we picked her up at 5 pm. Logically, someone should have had the sense to feed her, especially after i said told the attendant that Cali is a grazer and should have food left for her all day. Very lacking in any thought for our dog. And her snack bag was full still upon pickup.
FYI - you don't have an external pee/poop area set aside and would be of good value to you, as well as the messes you incur. Just a thought

I’m so thankful for the friendly staff. I feel like they love the dogs as much as the owners do. I appreciate the cameras in the play rooms so that I can check in on my dog.
The staff at Dogtopia truly enjoy the dogs in their care. They know all their names and their quirkiness. My dog Toci is so excited to get through the door. I think she may love the people there more than her new doggy friends. I have recommended Dogtopia to several people, and my sister now sends her dogs Honcho and Haiku to Dogtopia. They were both in need of more socialization and both my sister and I have noticed a change in them - they are far less anxious about new dogs and new people, Thank you Dogtopia staff for all you do!
Promotional pictures- even in your locations show animated assistants actively playing with dogs with multiple types of climbing and play equipment. Alexandria location toy room for small dogs has basically no play equipment and after watching video cams multiple times I watched attendants basically just cleaning up messes- my dog is a puppy and I’d hoped for interaction and directed play activities which is what you seem to advertise

Client should be given the option if their dog didn’t eat much breakfast, and the dog is hungry at 2 o’clock to feed them. I wouldn’t want my dog being hungry till I picked them up.
Attention to the dogs needs and a great experience for the dogs while in their care.
Convenience, services and staff
Dogtopia was recommended by a family we know. This place is very expensive. We felt that Dogtopia nickels and dimes for everything. We were not told upfront of some extra charges that we didn’t think we’d be paying for. We appreciated the friendly staff, but we were not told that they would charge for the meet and greet and they did not tell us they would charge us for a half a day of daycare when we were racing home to pick up our dogs. We were not offered a tour beforehand, I had to ask for one. The place was not as clean as we would’ve liked and both of our dogs paws were very dirty and smelled like poop. Clearly, they were cleaned off before we received them. I don’t know that I would recommend Dogtopia as a whole. It was almost $500 for two nights for them to stay.
