Dogtopia was able to help me in a pinch. They allowed my dog to come in and get acclimated to the environment without charge. They also have video set up so you can see your dog interacting with other dogs. They have suites available for them too!
The staff, the care and the atmosphere. Not to mention how excited my dog is to go!!!

What I like best about Dogtopia Paradise Valley is that when I leave my lil Puggie in their care I know she is in good hands and she is safe. The staff is great, the environment is friendly and calm. I have been taking my Pug there for over a year, she knows the staff and they know her. She is always excited when I tell her we are going to see her friends. She gets exercise, socialization and I get peace of mind. Thank you to the staff for all you do.

They did return many of the Ziploc with Truman‘s food/day. Did they not use our food? I don’t understand why I got so much for that much food to come back to me.

I asked for my dog to get a bath during her latest stay and my dog did not get a bath but I got charged for a bath she never got.

EVERYTHING! Very friendly workers, and great with the dogs. I love the webcam, and seeing my dog having fun.
I’ve already recommended this site to my neighborhood. The best part to me is that somebody is with the doggies all the time. And they do things with them and they offer them things rather than just put them in an area together and let them figure it out. My dog has separation anxiety And she just sits by the door, waiting to leave or she curls up in a little ball by herself. And at Dogtopia having somebody in the kennels with them is good for her so she doesn’t feel she’s being abandoned, especially after losing her sister of five years.
My dog Rudy is so excited every day that he goes when we drive towards the building that he gets the best care ever , and loves it and wants to go. When we enter building the staff are so excited to see him and him to see them,He is ready to go in back, after goodbye to me. I love all the different activities they have for them to do each week. Food. To get, it is just amazing when I tell all the things he does to others, They are impressed.IThank them for taking good care of my Rudy, Name removed

Make sure web cams are working all day. Half the time they aren’t working. sync the dash several times a day. It doesn’t automatically update.

Absolutely love this place and the staff. Kind friendly and my little Lacey absolutely loves coming to dogtopia! Clean facility with top notch interactive play for my dog. One stop shopping! I use the grooming or spa and overnight boarding accommodations as well as daycare. I absolutely couldn't say enough good things about dogtopia! Highly highly recommend.
