I recently had the pleasure of using Dogtopia of Downtown Fort Worth for my dog, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. They took the time to get to know my dog personally, ensuring they found the best group for him to play with.
I was particularly impressed by the thorough tour of the facility they provided, which put my mind at ease about leaving my pup in their care. The entire place is clean, well-organized, and designed with dogs' needs in mind.
What truly sets Dogtopia apart is their amazing staff. They genuinely care about the dogs and create a fun, safe environment where my dog loves to spend his days. Dogtopia has very friendly staff members who seem to genuinely like my dog. She loves it there and I can relax knowing she is in good hands.
Ever since the new ownership, things have been worse. The steep increase in the price of optional treats feels excessive, and the rooms often appear overcrowded, which raises questions about the quality of care and attention each dog is receiving. From a customer’s perspective, these changes give the impression that profit is being prioritized over the dogs’ wellbeing.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as many of us choose your daycare because we expect a safe, caring, and reasonably priced environment for our dogs.

The staff is very nice and watches over the dogs really well. They like to play with them and try to make the meet and greets feel comfortable and I just really like it there!

They are very nice and friendly. They seem to genuinely love interacting with my dog. They listen to my needs.
My dog loves going there and made some good friends. He really likes some of the staff members and looks forward to seeing them. The staff is great at answering questions and really care about what they do and the dogs they work with. We are extremely happy with Dogtopia of Old Bridge.

The cameras are always down at this location. Lately about 50% of the cameras work. They moved the one that is in my dogs room and now you can’t even see the dogs anymore. It’s been super disappointing.

The smell from the reception area was extremely foul. Floors were dirty. I would expect a cleaner environment at 10 am
The staff at Mechanicsburg Dogtopia took great care of our little dog. We are greatful they have the web cam so we can see our pup while away. We will definitely use Dogtopia again. Thank you to all who made our dog feel at home.

Friendly staff and my dogs had a great time!
Last time she stayed I had to take to vet for kennel cough… most current time nobody mentioned to me that she had major diarrhea. When I picked her up her butt was full of diarrhea, and when I watched her on video, she was in a kennel, which made it impossible for her to go to the bathroom. She’s been having diarrhea every 30 minutes and none of the dog food came back which she never eats that much. I’m just concerned on the communication and the care of her.
Awesome staff, very clean facility and the note of the day telling me about my dog's experience and the friends he played with. Very cool!
