The entire business model…
The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and seem very responsive to one’s animal needs.
The facilities are super clean. Everyone is so friendly on the phone and in person. Birdie can't get out of the car fast enough whenever we pull up!
Flexibility, Webcam, weekly and monthly programs, events, dogs are well taken care of and are happy to go in.
Its great but I dont understand why my dog always comes back to me with a terrible stench. Why is that? I pick him up each day and he smells like open sewerage
I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia Milton! My dog Bear absolutely LOVES it here. The staff is so warm, caring, and genuinely loves the dogs — it shows in everything they do. They made sure Bear was comfortable when first starting out as a new puppy, sharing updates daily, sending pictures etc.
Now Bear comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized after every visit. I love being able to watch him on the live cameras and see how much fun he’s having with his doggy friends. The facility is always clean, safe, and organized, and I truly trust them with my pup.
Thank you, Dogtopia, for giving Bear a place he adores. 10/10 — highly recommend to any dog parent! 🐾❤️

I meant to mention this yesterday when I picked up Dottie. I’m not sure if anyone already reported this so I thought I would just in case. A dog had loose stool in the parking lot yesterday and you could see that dogs and/or people had stepped in it and tracked it up the stairs. I’m thinking the stairs and lobby probably need a deep cleaning.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming and genuinely care about the pets. I feel very comfortable knowing they are taking care of my dog during the day while I’m at work. My dog loves it and comes home very tired!
My dog is locked in a 10 square foot radius all day and given no attention. I received him completely drenched the other day in another dogs pee. That’s unacceptable and not what I pay for.
The haircut is very pricey
Dogtopia has been a wonderful place to leave my little Petey when I am at work. He has been
attending Dogtopia since he was 6 months old and he is now almost 5 years old. The staff seem to really like seeing Petey arrive each morning. They love on him and make him feel special!

Staff is very friendly and works to ensure all the animals are kept engaged, safe and have good manners. Elli seemed to enjoy herself when I could actually see her on the webcams.
Everyone is friendly, they treat the dogs equally and handle the any issues as they arise as fairly as possible.

The people at the front desk remember me and my dog and always give him extra attention that he loves and deserves. My dog is so excited to go to day care everytime. I cannot say enough great thing about these amazing people at this great location!

My dog always lives his Dogtopia days
Everyone is happy and love our furry babies. Their schedules are flexible. I love the dog treat days. The dog coucelors work hard keeping the puppies area clean. Especially first thing in the morning and after the puppies sleep time.
When my husband was going out of town for 10 days, I was completely nervous about putting my puppy in a daycare. The entire process of scheduling and coming in for a meet and greet was so easy. The entire staff and owners are amazing and they make each dog feel special. The online cameras allow to check on your dog and make sure they are ok. They really put me at ease knowing that he was cared for and loved while he was there.
Everything
Super-friendly and attentive staff. They greet our dog by name every time he comes through the door.
They take the time to introduce him to the other dogs in a controlled enviroment to minimize potential conflict and there is always an attendant in the room.
We have camera access to the rooms at all times except nap time so Mom can keep an eye on her doggo whenever she wants.
Rates for daycare are very affordable and the hours are accommodating, even when dropping off early and/or picking up late.
