I have had animals of all kinds my whole life. They are my family and give me so much love. I have tried several doggy daycares throughout the valley and Dogtopia is by far the best hands down. They are loving, caring, attentive and go the extra mile to make all animals staying there taken care of as if they were their own. Thank you for allowing me to leave my Aspen and feel that she is well taken care of and safe. Cathy

Dogtopia has been amazing with my dog, Mamba! He’s usually a bit nervous around other dogs, but after just the first two days, I already noticed a big improvement in his confidence and comfort level. The team was so patient, caring, and attentive to his needs, which really helped him come out of his shell. I’m so grateful for the positive experience they’ve given him—thank you for helping Mamba feel more at ease and happy around other pups!

The staff all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and the dogs. They always have positive things to tell me about my dog and his interactions with the other dogs during his stay. My dog loves going to Dogtopia.

The staff are very friendly, they inform you of anything that happen Wirth my prt during the day, which also could mean my pet got along well with the other dogs. The prices are very reasonable and they special events to entertainthe pets.

Front desk staff and canine coaches display care and concern for Bexar and the other dogs at this location. The canine coaches are very attentive when interacting with the dogs in the playroom. The facility is kept very clean and this is much appreciated.
I watched the live cam a lot during the day while at work. I never saw the employee in the room interact, play or pet the dogs. My dog who loves people and other dogs just stood around all day. Would get excited when the employee came his way but she payed no attention. No other dogs seemed to want to play. He also came home with yellow pee splatters on top of him. Sort of disappointed because main reason was for him to play with other dogs and have fun. Didn’t look like much fun for him. :(

We understand how disappointing it must have been to see your pup not engaging as expected. Our goal is always to provide a fun, interactive, and safe environment for every dog. Some of our team members have come from facilities where interaction with dogs was limited, and while we’re actively retraining to align with Dogtopia’s standards of engagement and play, we recognize there’s room for improvement.
Regarding the yellow pee splatters—thank you for bringing this to our attention. While occasional accidents can happen during play, it’s our responsibility to ensure dogs are clean and comfortable before going home. We’re reviewing our cleaning protocols to prevent this from happening again.

Entire staff is great! They really care, and take care of your pets. Our 2 dogs were very happy to see the staff and other pets on return stays @ the daycare. They slept like logs which tells me they were kept very active too! Will definitely return to Dogtopia if needed again!!
Employment are friendly but professional. They are open to special requests and do their best to accommodate you.

Everything at Dogtopia put my mind at ease. The facility was immaculate, the staff are all fantastic and genuinely care as much as we do about our dogs. We had to board our dogs for a week while we were on vacation. I was worried because it's the first time we had to do that, but our dogs had tons of fun playing with new friends and the dog handlers. I also loved the fact that they offer spa services there. The groomer who bathed our dogs and trimmed their nails did a fantastic job.
I like that you guys are engaged with taking care of my fur baby. I get reports on whether or not he ate his food or if he seems a little sluggish or if there are different personality traits from the time before that you kept him. I feel safe having him in your care. I’ve gone through a couple different boarding, places or sitters with him and they paled by comparison.
Friendly staff and my dog comes home happy and ready to chill!
